Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Was the only customer in the drivethru that told em please pull up. Ok no problem waited and waited 10 minuets later walked inside no other customers. Said I was waiting in the drive thru. Oh we’re making your food now. Watched the employee kinda freak out looking the the microwave oven thing. Couldn’t find my food. Ended up being already made just sitting on the counter. This has to be the slowest Wendy’s ever wonder how long I would have sat there waiting if I hadent walked in and enquired. Note the person making food wasn’t even near the prep station so you can’t say they just made it not it was sitting there for a hot minute.

The workers were amazing at welcoming us but the area was super dirty and they weren’t busy at all. All the food came out old, I used to work at a Wendy’s so I know how the food tastes when it’s fresh. My spouse and I trucking and being on the road for 10+ hrs expecting atleast some decent food but the only food item that came out okay was the burgers. We both got a meal deal, so fries and nuggets stale and not warm at all. They were full staffed with 4+ people as well. The staff was bickering as well about management or customers and their complaints.

Dirty tables, slowest service ever seen. Even if they went twice as fast they would still lose to a turtle or snail. Cleanliness is next to nothing here. Cashier walks away while customers are in line to do absolutely nothing.

Charging money for sauce is the height of stinginess. The staff work without masks, not even covering their beards. The kitchen is dirty.

The acting manager, Kayden, was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for baked potatoes and was informed after 10 minutes of waiting that their baked potato oven was down. The solution was to sub the potatoes for baconator fries. After waiting for almost an hour, I requested a refund. Kayden showed up with a poor attitude, provided a partial refund, and got upset when I provided proof that the refund amount was inaccurate. She refused to provide her name or contact information for someone over her. She told me to Google it and went to the back. A coworker provided me with her name. This was the first and last time I will patronize this location.

The service was mostly great and there weren’t any issues with the food quality. The “mostly” is where they lose a star. I ordered a sausage, egg and Swiss croissant, but instead of Swiss cheese sauce it had a standard slice of American cheese. Still tasted alright, just not as good as it could have.

Manager, male, blue manager shirt wearing a Wendy’s hat. Very nice and positive despite my order was 15 minutes before close. Food was hot and fresh and picture perfect and delicious.

I took my 2 granddaughters on Saturday evening 9/6 to order take out. Once again they claimed to be short staffed. The manager was spending his time arguing and explaining this to customers instead of working. Gave up trying to get served after the manager told everyone there they could just leave. Upper management really needs to get this place under control and get some help. We live up the road and sadly will never go back.

I went here 9/21/25 at night, and the place was horrible, i found mold on my food and my food was so cold and their fries were stale. there was even bugs crawling around by the trash cans. and the kitchen was so dirty it looks like they haven’t cleaned back there in days. And the place smelled horrible like something dead back there. Also the customer service was really bad. They need to work their customer skills and manners.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was cold and tasted old. Had to throw it away. Ordered baconator and queso fries. Fries were refrigerator cold and no cheese at all hardly. And the help. Attitudes and just unfriendly..
