My food was A1 quality. The staff was fast and friendly, especially the manager. He was encouraging to his staff and engaging with customers during the dinner rush. My food came out perfectly with nothing missing and the manager was LEADING and not ordering his staff around.

The whole staff needs to be fired. These kids have zero work ethic or any type of hygiene. Eating while prepping. Drinking while cashiering playing with face while handling food. I didn’t even order I just walked out. This place need me quite a few unannounced inspections from both the state and owner. Again the whole staff needs to be fired and if you can’t find anyone to be normal. Then shut the place down. I’d rather go without then deal with sub par humans.

I was getting breakfast and I thought I gave the cashier a $20 and was expecting more change. I asked why my change was short and the cashier said you gave me a $10 bill. At first I was thinking I knew what I gave her and I asked again and she said the same as I previously stated. So her manager same and said she’ll have to count the drawer. While she’s doing that I remembered I gave the cashier a $10 and told the cashier that I remembered and I deeply apologize for making them think they were wrong. Moral of this is the cashier was awesome about it and I wanted to publicly apologize for my thoughts.

We were pretty much yelled at the second we walked in the building by the staff. Wrong patties on the chicken sandwich and burger. Cold, stale fries. The staff was flirting, playing, and yelling with a “guest”. That “guest” reaching over the counter, a staff member stopping his work to come put his face in the “guests” face to yell. Another staff member telling his life story to the staff and guest. Ignoring customers mid order to once again, talk to that “guest”. Dirty counters. Rude when we asked for missing sauces. Wouldn’t provide me with a copy or my recite or provide corporates phone number.

So go in for lunch and in line.. the guy ahead of me ordered and stepped aside. I stepped up and must have waited maybe 10 minutes with not one person acknowledging the fact I’m standing there waiting to order. My boss behind me gets to the point t he asks if anyone is taking orders. Instantly they say they are trying to catch up and if we want to order to use the kiosk screen. We went to the other side of the road ranger to the subway side got food and had to go back thru Wendy’s to the car and low and behold they were taking orders. Why couldn’t they come and even say that if you want to order go to the kiosk or anything. Plain and simple bad management and customer service!!!

Stopped by here with my husband, the young lady with blonde hair and piercings was very rude. I asked about how to get a Junior burger meal and she responded with “ omg….” and rolled her eyes. Never told me my total, she just stared at me until i looked down and saw it was ready for a payment. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or just really hates her life and can’t stand being a Wendy’s employee. Almost seemed like I was getting pranked because of how rude she was being towards me. Foods alright though. :))

They cannot count please count your change and your chicken nuggets. I stood in line for five minutes, waiting on somebody to take my order and I was the only customer in there. Dining room is completely nasty. food and trash all over the floor.

Service was awful, waited 20 minutes just for them to acknowledge we were there and take our order. Lobby was filthy and all tables were dirty, to the point we couldn’t sit down. Staff the place properly or just close it down. This place is terrible

This review is about the manager that drives the beat up Mercedes. He treats the employees like they are trash. I have been in this restaurant numerous times while he is here and he belittles the staff and talks to them like they are dumb. There is no reason he should treat the staff that way. It’s no wonder there are always new employees each time I go. He parks right out front taking up a parking place for travelers and customers instead of parking with the rest of the employees. I guess he thinks he is better than everyone else or is too good to walk across the lot. He is by far the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen.

The place is getting worse, two young girls working the register, one with a ballcap and frog necklace and one girl with glasses, wouldn’t give us a receipt and said they no longer sell the bourbon burgers or garlic fries. This is at the gorville Illinois at the road ranger on 04/29/2023 at 8:20pm. Do better Wendy’s!
