This is the second time in approximately a month that I got a late night cheeseburger and it was completely raw. One of the paddies was cooked properly and one of them was barely cooked at all both times. I am uploading photos from tonight and a photo from a month ago on December 7th when the exact same thing happened.

If I could give zero stars I would! They completely messed up our order the first time forgot chili and a sandwich and the rest of the food was cold and old! I called up there and the manager said they would fix it. I left and came home the second time and they forgot a 4 piece nugget and a chicken sandwich still! And the patty from the second ordered looked old and dry (left over for their chili!) how hard is it to make food?

Service is almost always pretty good, and the food is usually prepared as ordered. Tonight we ordered a Son of Baconator that had no bacon on it and a sour cream and chive potato that came with no sour cream. Not cool, and not worth spending 30 minutes driving back to have the problem fixed.

8:20pm…only 2 people in the restaurant eating and nobody in drive thru. Disgusting lobby. Ketchup slung on a wall, half a burger under our table. Our ta ke was nasty…most of the tables had old food stuck on it…horrible. We ended up just leaving with out food

This was the dirtiest fast food joint I have ever been in. Wendy’s used to be a great place to eat at, but this one is under horrible management. All the trash cans were so full that customers were leaving their trash on the tables everywhere. They looked like they had plenty of staff working, so no reason someone couldn’t be cleaning. Entrance doors were filthy, bathrooms were filthy. The kitchen floor had buns and food debi everywhere. We ended up not ordering two frosties and leaving. I don’t think I would ever eat food from this establishment under it’s current management.

A Food Inspectors Dream Destination – Avoid If You Value Your Health.
We stopped in here recenty after a long drive on the way to Florida, it was approximately 9PM – I don’t think we have ever been in a dirtier, grimier, grungy restaurant, ever. We should have left but were so hungry and tired we just pushed forward.
There was food all over the floor in the kitchen, bits of fries and debris under the fryers, surfaces covered in filth and the entrance door was so greasy and covered with hand and fingerprints it could have been featured as a showpiece in some law enforcement museum for taking evidence at a crime scene.
The staff was all in the back doing who knows what, and the woman who took our order was dopey, checked out, and slow as molasses.
Dining room was filthy, the irony was that there was no one else there, so the staff could have taken the opportunity to clean like hell, yet this did not happen. We had to line our table with napkins just to sit down. Crumbs and debris all over the floor – drink cup lid holders covered in grease and bits of ketchup on the counter area where condiments are served. Thankfully the utensils were spared as they were individually wrapped.
It’s clear this place needs to be shut down for several days and literally scrubbed top to bottom, and the staff either re-educated on food safe practices, or replaced altogether. Wendy’s should be ashamed to have a franchise location representing their brand so poorly. We will never be back I can guarantee you.

Restaurant empty but all tables were dirty, floor is sticky and not clean, garbage has food all over it. We asked for table to be cleaned and we had to finish cleaning it as the worker left food on the table. Food was fresh but place needs cleaned!!
