Drive through experience was amazing. The worker was patient and offered options. Unlike other fast food, if you ask for things such as ketchup, they don’t roll their eyes. Overall, it was a good first experience with Wendy’s.

Overall a good experience. Not busy inside. Drive through was busy and steady. The food was delivered hot, fresh, and tasted as it should. Dave’s single cheese burger with Chili cheese baked potato and unsweetened tea. They had to remake my drink twice as the gave me sweet tea not unsweet. This was not a big deal for dine in ordering. Had it been drive through more points would have been lost.

I just want to mention that there was only 3 workers on duty and Rachel was the drive thru attendant and she was very nice friendly and did a fantastic job The food we got was excellent.

I can say their service has improved over the last few months. Not sure what changed but the drive thru service has even MUCH better. The guy taking orders is always very efficient and nice. Prior to this we had bad experiences, with the girl not letting us ever even finish our order and kept asking “Is that all?” Constantly was super annoying. Ants all over the inside drink area…I don’t go inside often so I can’t say if that has changed, but The drive thru workers have been so much better! Glad to see you hired people with some common sense and are polite with good customer service.

Placed a mobile order waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes checked in waited another 10 minutes for them to tell us they were out of biscuits we declined changing our order only to find out they couldn’t give me a refund and the app wouldn’t let me cancel the order so maybe on Tuesday when the customer service line is open again I might possibly get a refund
