would give zero stars if i could. i will say this incident started with doordash as the issue then switched to the store. i placed an order elsewhere at 10:40 PM and my dasher took an hour just to never pick it up. get credits, ordered from here at 12:20. an hour and a half before close, just to clarify that there shouldnt be an issue with this. i ordered TWO MEALS. also not asking too much! didn’t receive my drink for my meal, none of the 3 sauces i PAID for, everything is cold (even tho i received it 20 mins after it was placed), ZERO spoon, fork, napkin, or straws. awesome. i work in the food industry, so i get if yall “arent paid enough” but the least you can do is give me everything I PAID FOR. this is food, people need to eat, plus it’s the holidays so you think people would be more considerate toward people spending their hard earned money. i literally dont want to eat this and had to pay $50 for garbage, and not even all of my items let alone things to eat them with. do better

The bigger white girl at the window had to repeat the name of my drink four times and still gave me the wrong drink. She gave me the wrong sauce After she repeated the sauce three times they were not busy. My food was cold. She was too busy talking to the other employees. This is the second time I’ve gone there and food was cold and the service was absolutely horrible. I went there on Thursday night around seven or eight.

That was the worst Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to. The chicken sandwich wasn’t edible. It was old looking and dried out. Couldn’t stomach the one bite. The double cheeseburger was dry, and it tasted like soy was in it. The fries were even worse. The Wendy’s on th other side of town has excellent food.

If you’re looking for a solid meal, you’ve gotta hit up the Wendy’s on Dirksen (it’s the one in the old Dairy Queen building). The food was absolutely great and the customer service was incredibly fast. A huge shoutout to the manager, Elroy, for personally helping me out and making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this spot to anybody in the area!

These people run out of fries and the nerve to tell me that I can’t replace the fries with the same item that I could get potato wedges for one and not the other but it was the store that can’t order their truck right I didnt come there trying to sub fries out and on top of that they didnt even add the tomato to my spicy chicken sandwich

I believe she was a shift manager. The soda machine was out of ice, so the drinks were room temp, which was pushing 80 degrees because the AC could not keep up. The only bright spot in the whole dining experience was the new lady who took over the ordering process. I would assume she was late 30s and Hispanic. She was very positive and friendly. The food delivery was extremely poor. They skipped my order and 3 orders were filled before mine. The fries were not salted, and there was no salt in the dining room. The chili was not cooked all the way, and the chili beans were still too firm. Do yourself a favor, and the next time you are in Springfield, IL, just go next door to Culver’s. Better food, better service, and better attitudes. To the lady who took my order, please apply at Culver’s and get out of this negative atmosphere.
