They always screw up the food or you can tell that its been sitting out and cold…ordered family dinner tonight and I wanted the Cobb salad….it didnt even come!!! No chili for fries and burger the last time I ordered there was so bad I couldn’t eat it….go to mcdonalds ir steak n shake and save your money

I placed an online order at this Wendy’s tonight. Waited a long time in the drive thru line before going inside to pick it up. Turns out they were out of chicken nuggets (and seemed to have been for a bit) but allowed me to place an order for them anyways in the app. I asked them to cancel the order but they were unable to give me a refund and said they don’t control the app (even though it is the official Wendy’s app; not DoorDash). They told me I would have to cancel via the app but could not show me how to do so (there was no such option in their app). As a result, I had to leave with no food and no refund.
Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don’t make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy’s.

Service is slow. Buns are stale, food is cold, fries advertised as the crisp fries are limp and cold. Only good thing we got was chocolate frosty.

It’s never too crowded. The service is quick. The menu is diverse and budget friendly. Pictured are two of the four for $4 meals. My daughter and I had lunch together. Usually we enjoy a frosty afterward. However the meals were very filling. It’s always a pleasant place to have a meal.

they messed up a double baconator(only ketchup, and pickles). we went back and asked them to remake it. they gave us the same sandwich and just wipe off the bread. we called them and they wouldn’t give me my money. they also said they had 2 managers make it at the same time? make that make sense.

The workers are rude. I ordered a double baconator and got the same amount of bacon as a single. I have been going there a lot lately because the service and food was pretty good for a while, but both are rapidly declining. I’ll have to put Wendy’s back at the bottom of the list

Got yelled at for bringing garbage from car to throw away. They also then screwed up order. Order spicy chicken got Ranch Asiago. I’ve never been yelled at for putting trash bag and cups in trash. Weird…
