Slowest Wendys I have ever been to! Get rid of this crew and start from scratch before they ruin your business! Prepare to wait at least 10-15 mins and thats with only one car in front of you, add 5 more mins per car ahead of you, this place is a joke! 3rd try Ive given them. I wont be returning

We stopped in for lunch. The service was extremely slow. Food was cold for the long wait, why?
They need a separate mobile order and front counter service. The one person taking orders, putting orders together, and doing mobile orders was just not efficient.
If I order a burger I would like the meat cooked and hot, the meat was as cold as my tomatoes and lettuse.
My drink was excellent oh yes I got that myself…..

We ordered food at 12:45 pm. Finally got it at 1:00, and I immediately took the burgers back up to the counter because they were stone cold and made wrong. Didn’t get our replacements until 1:30. I watched people walk in, order, pay, eat, and leave before they decided to replace the burgers. I understand they had a lunch rush but that was ridiculous.

In town working nights. Visited tonight around 11pm. I ordered a spicy 10 piece meal and it came with 8 cold, crusty, musty, dusty, spicy nuggets and 2 cold, crusty, musty, dusty, regular nuggets. The fries were cold and soggy. Everything was dried out and cold as seen in the picture. Praying to the good lord above that I don’t come down with food poisoning, that’ll be a long work week!

I placed a mobile order to be picked up at the drive-thru. My order was ready promptly, and the food was good (except the Frosty), as is expected at Wendy’s. However, when I got to my hotel, I found that they gave me no napkins, no spoon for my Frosty, and no spoon or crackers for my chili. As it turned out, I didn’t need a spoon for the Frosty because it was liquid only 15 minutes after I picked it up; which tells me that it wasn’t fully set in the first place. More attention to detail is definitely needed.

We were in town for a robotics competition, I ordered 17 meals, split in 2 orders. By the time I pulled up, they had the first order ready, told me where to park, had the drinks ready for both orders, then helped to carry out said drinks and brought me the food bags. Wonderful doesn’t even begin to describe how fantastic everyone at this location was. Friendly, helpful, didn’t get mad when I got us locked out… .
We were only missing one burger in that entire order. My husband and I split mine and everyone was so happy! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

When I pulled up at 6:57 there were two employees standing outside smoking and talking to someone in a car. I ordered , and NO WAY by the time he took my order and reentered the building he washed his hands. When he took my card from me and under his nails were FILTHY! Today was my last time eating at Wendy’s. They’re supposed to open at 6a. But normally they don’t open until 7a on the weekdays. Don’t apply for the job if you aren’t going to put the work in. Cleanliness around food should be required.

Zero customer service. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while multiple employees stood and stared. No greetings no service at all. Food is terrible. Always cold soggy flavorless fries. Dry burgers chicken nuggets and sandwiches. The lemonade is the only thing possibly worth buying, and that’s a hit or miss. The lack of care and customer service training is evident. Spend your money where you are appreciated, receive quality products and services this is not it.
