Went later in the evening (between 8 and 9pm) only wanting 2 items, nuggets and fries.. simple right . Asked if I could get them cooked to order and said I’d be willing to wait out of the way. Person on the intercom said, there’s no need for that, WE SERVE OUR ITEMS COOKED TO ORDER. cool, I’ve never been to this location so I can’t call them a liar. There are two cars in front of me and zero in back. The two cars in front were gone in under a minute. When I got to the window my order was waiting. ( Insert confusion ) I pull away from the window, reach into the bag over cooked nuggets (hard and warm) and cold fries. Like damn i asked for one thing.. was even willing to move and wait. Who wants to pay money for crap?!? This is why I asked for cook to order. But it’s OK, I’ll never spend another dime at this location.

I have ordered from this Wendy’s a handful of times and it sucks everytime. Before we moved here to Belleville, the Wendy’s in our old town was a favorite. Not here. They have messed up my order every time. Tonight I did a mobile order with no cheese sauce on baconator fries and I had only cheese sauce. No bacon and no shredded cheese. It is like this every visit. When we eat inside, the service is always bad. And the food is usually cold or they are out of something. This is my last visit. So disappointing.

Drive thru associate was not very friendly at all seemed like it was an effort for her. No thank you no smile took money handed me my change never said a word handed me my food and never said a word you know like thank you and have a nice day would mean that she appreciated her customers but nope this was around 9:30 ish on Nov 1st
Revisited on February 4th to dining room for a quick breakfast sandwich sadly the fountain drink area was horrible not clean all waste cans were just horrible dried ketchup and other stuff stuck been there for days in window behind waste cans was food waste laying on the window ledge dirt everywhere in dining area health department needs to do a visit in my personal opinion

Released from hospital at 9:01 p.m., Shiloh Memorial hospital. Decided Wendy’s would have nutricious food so drove directly there. We were unable to get to the speaker so pulled up to the window. No one in line before or after us. We asked the guy playing with his phone if we could order since we could not get to the speaker. He said no, you have to go all the way around the building to order. Back to his phone he went. We drove around to order. Ordered the big bacon combo and half sweet, half unsweet tea. $12.10. Immediately ate a fry as we drove home (5 minutes from Wendys, across from SWIC.) The fry was warm, not hot and was half limp and left a waxy grease coating in my mouth. I got home and opened the burger. The cheese was slid off the burger and chilled/stuck to the paper. I scraped the cold cheese off the paper and put it back into the bun. The burger was slid all apart and 1 piece of bacon. I put the cold burger back together and into the air frier to heat it and the cold greasy fries. Totally disappointed with this experience. Oh, and after we ordered and drove to the window, the guy was still on his phone and dancing. And my half sweet, half unsweet tea was all sweet. Oh, and I could not share a pix if the receipt because I was not given one. I highly recommend you pick a different resturant next time. I know I will. No wonder there were no customers in line.

The food wasn’t terrible the location though it’s not the greatest either I placed an order through the drive-through and they ended up forgetting the chili that I ordered so I had to go back in to get it which is a little bit inconvenient, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. They just need to follow better directions in my opinion.

Went in for dinner last night and it was horrible. I changed my previous 5 star to a 1. She kept having to ask us to wait so she could get the order entered in. Then saying is that all, Like we were taking to long to order. Mind you it was 3 meals, not a large order. The order wasn’t correct, the girl who I told was going to have it made wrong again. This was after 2 minutes explaining the cheeseburger I brought back was supposed to be a hamburger only ketchup. I had to get the grill workers attention to have it made right. 10 minutes later, I had the correct burger. Mind you they had maybe 2 cars in drive thru, so no reason for 10 minute wait. All while the manager just stared at the whole interaction. She added extra food we didn’t order and we were shorted nuggets. After the burger being so difficult, I didn’t bring up the rest. The trash was all stuffed full, barely and soda choices in the machine.

Waited in front lobby for 10 minutes. Staff member came up front to tell me someone will be there soon. Waited 7 minutes. Different staff member who was working drive thru told us lobby was closed. Short staffed. It was 7:30 p.m.

We came through the drive thru tonight to be greeted with a terrible attitude and very bad customer service. Wrong food in the order, only 2 meals requested.
The woman at the door was very unprofessional, as well as unaware of mistaking the meal for something that was not ordered. Terrible service for an otherwise great place to eat.

In my opinion, this is the best tasting fast food burger. This restaurant is fast & accurate. The employees here know what their doing. They get your order quick & you’re back on the road in no time. Their breakfast is very good. It seems like a more robust version of a McDonald’s breakfast.

Mind you, the yound lady was speaking very low, unclear and not welcoming. Not to mention, all of the menus lights were off and you can’t see the menu clearly.
Only for me to start ordering, then she cuts me off abruptly and disrespectfully tells me she can’t hear me. I had to pull off. This place used to be great. Now It’s gone down the drain.
