My entire experience was terrible. The young lady taking my order sounded uninterested and was not even a little bit friendly. Store only had diet drinks and no frostys. The only food that was hot were the 4 nuggets. I didn’t receive my sauce. I didn’t receive straws. And the sandwiches were lackluster. I haven’t been here for a while due to poor service so I was hoping there was some improvement. Won’t be back.

I know that there are a lot of bad reviews about this Wendy’s location but, when I came here almost two weeks ago, I had a great experience (luckily). When I dined inside this restaurant, it was clean, the employees were professional & nice & my food was fresh & hot! I was so impressed by the service I received from this Wendy’s because I haven’t eaten at one in several years and the last time I ate at one, it was filthy and I didn’t have a great experience!

Stopped by here while on a road trip, walked into the store and proceeded to be totally ignored for AT LEAST 15 minutes. Not a single employee greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. They acted like we were invisible. I eventually left the store and so did the people behind us. Ive never been so blatantly ignored like this before. They could of easily said we’ll be with you shortly or SOMETHING it was 530 on a Tuesday. I understand being busy and would have waited longer if I was at least acknowledged.

The food is within the acceptable limits of what you’d expect from a franchise. If you like Wendy’s, then this is a solid location for the food.

The restaurant itself could use some work and some cleanup. It feels a little skeevy on the inside.

Service is a bit too laid back for my liking. The staff seems more content to joke around with each other than actually work.

This might be the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a Wendy’s. I understand there’s some construction happening nearby, but not only did it take them 20 minutes (I check the time against text I sent when I got to the parking spot) to get my chicken strips and fries out to where they asked me to park in the lot across from the pickup window, the person taking my order was rude, they forgot my straws, and I found a hair in the box with the chicken strips. I don’t even know why I had to wait so long? The fries weren’t even fresh. Normally I don’t have any complaints with the Wendy’s chain but this was just an outstandingly horrible experience.

They advertise they have peppermint frosty on billboard sign out front but ordered and got vanilla. They charge for sour cream with the purchase of chili first I’ve seen if that at Wendy’s . Food was great! Drink was great. Staff was great.

I went to the drive-thru, ordered a burger, plain fries, and drink. There are three cars ahead of me so it takes a while to get to the window. I pay cash, get no receipt but she confirms what I’d ordered. They ask me to pull forward then I watched three cars behind me get their orders and leave, apparently before my burger and fries were finished. When the person walks out she says something about baconator fries and I’m confused and she acts like I’m dumb when I tell her I just got a burger and fries. “Yes but they’re baconator fries, sir”. So now I have to go inside and figure out what’s up. They tell me there was a big order ahead of me, which does nothing to explain the three cars behind me that got their meal. Then the woman who took my order once again insists I asked for baconator fries. There is no chance I accidentally asked for that and there is no chance she accidentally misheard the word “baconator”.
The burger they threw together in a hurry was cold and the lettuce was wilted (rotting).
These cannot be the best employees you could find, Wendy’s. Pay your workers enough so you get competent people to work for you. It isn’t rocket science.

Surprisingly the food was pretty good considering the store was filthy and the staff indifferent. The nice lady taking orders was also working the fry station and handling/bagging food with her bare hands after handling filthy cash. Glad Dave Thomas isn’t here to see this mess.

“JUST WOW!!” on PROSPECT St to be specific. I took the pictures to show that I indeed did recieve this INFANT size frosty & 8-10 fries. I asked for a “Jr Size Frostee.” To which, before I got to the window, was charged $2 +. Then, I showed them The Tag & was handed that infantile-sized container. I DID & showed them that it stated a “Jr-Size”. The Dr-Thru worker stated that was the correct size. I didn’t notice the fries til at the stop light. The food got an extra ⭐️because it was actually hot. Just because I had the Frostee Tag, there BAIT, LIE, & SWITCH is justified TO THEM without any justification or reasoning. I asked them to show me what an ACTUAL JR SIZE looked like & she said, it’s what she handed me LOL. I decided not upset myself any further & instead, write a Buyer Beware PSA for ALL of Us that made the good faith purchase of a Frosty Tag just to get swindled, lied to, & cheated when it’s time to randomly redeem thru out the year.. .Good Luck
