I personally think this Wendy’s is one of the best in the area. I typically come inside to order because I think its a little faster than waiting in the drive through. However, when I do go through the drive through, I am always pleased when I have Aaron be the one taking my order. He is seriously the most friendly, personable person ever! Today he recommended some edits to my order to help me save money, which I really appreciated!

I always get food here pretty late, close to the end of the night. No one’s ever rude or upset, even though you can sometimes tell they’re tired after a long shift. My food is always good, I love a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. I wish they still had the 4 for $4, but it has risen to $5 now. Still, it’s a good deal!

I ordered online and selected “carryout” thinking I’d just need to get in the store and pick up my food. But the door was locked so I had to wait 30 minutes in drive through to pick up the COLD burger. I asked them to remake the burger because I want a fresh burger. They refused at first and didn’t apologize at all.

The food was typical Wendy’s fare. I was part of an ambulance crew looking for food late at night. Unfortunately, our rig doesn’t fit through the drive thru, and the lobby was technically closed. Luckily, the folks inside took pity on us and let us in to order. Food was delivered fast, and the service was given with a smile. Thanks guys.

15 minute wait for a chicken sandwich & fries, at 2:30 pm. Staff seemed more interested in fraternizing with known customers than preparing food, my sandwich day on the counter for a good 5 minutes before they got my fries & gave it to me.

I decided to go inside to order some food instead of going through the drive-thru. I am glad I did. Me, my boyfriend, and my son are waiting in line. There’s a man on the grill with no gloves on. At first I seen him transfer the chicken patties from one tray to another with his bare hands. So they made me rethink if I even wanted to get food from here. Then as we continue to wait, my boyfriend notices the same man scratch his head and then puts burger patties on the grill. All happening with his bare hands. Then he touched the handle of the fry basket. Call me crazy but there is so many violations and unsanitary things happening. So I told my boyfriend we are leaving and that I don’t want to eat here again. So I would recommend that if you eat here to be cautious.

Remodeled, Scruggs for staff , dressed as they came from the bar, hair all out , think their in a model contest, all in their street cloths, GET WITH IT YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE .
