Fix the A/C in the Normal, IL location. It’s 90 outside and the employees should not have to suffer in an already hot kitchen. It’s been this way for over 3 weeks now. It’s not convenient for the customers either. Kudos to the staff for still being pleasant and courteous working through it. I added a pic of their cooling system. Shame on you Wendy’s ownership.

Place is an absolute mess!! Have had multiple issues with this store over the years. Cannot handle the volume often runs slow. Refused food two nights before closing was told only door dash orders and they shut it off at 230am the advertised hours of operation and in the mobile app are 3am which they never honor and close everything early. Went through the drive thru was told they were closed quit taking to me on the speaker drove around to the window no one there drove around to the speaker started talking again and finally got my wendys app to order. The ladies there can’t hardly speak or understand English. Proceeded to give me old crap food that’s been sitting around and nasty. See pics attached. Everything was cold and gross. Cheese not even melted on my cheese fries, burger patties bacon everything cold. Frosty melted and gross. So disappointing after working hard all night. Just unbelievable do better people and care about the product and service you are giving out at your job.

I find it curious anytime you go at night the employee in the drive thru claims things are down, like the frosty machine, as if it never works 365 days a year, but is dancing watching you leave like they got out of work because there isn’t a car in sight. The store is open until 3, but good luck getting anything past dinner hours.

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and ordered a large and a medium frosty ended up giving me 2 mediums instead of a large and they were rude and couldn’t seem to find my mobile order. They also need to be able to update the website. I was able to order a chocolate frosty on the website but yet when I got there they told me there were out.

I don’t know what was going on for this visit but my food was ready for my online pickup order 15 minutes late. Also the fries were cold possibly due to the order being done so late.

Bad customer service couldn’t seem to find my mobile order they also didn’t have what I wanted even tho I was able to order it on the mobile app. They also gave me 2 mediums when I ordered a large and a medium.

Polite, courteous staff. Conveniently located just off College Avenue and Veterans Parkway. Plenty of parking. Food was warm and tasty. There inside is open again. Their Frosties are always smooth and creamy. We like the grilled chicken meal for a healthier option.

Ordered their Baconator and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beef tastes really good for a fast food burger. And I love how the patties are square—they certainly don’t cut corners at Wendy’s! Fries also ain’t bad. Got a free frosty using the app which also tasted good!
