Place keeps getting worse cold soggy nuggets that were full of grease food fry wasnt even full and cold. Forgot my drink had to lay on horn after multiple beeps to get attention of staff that was eating a frosty and the other texting on their phone

The location is pretty convenient I wouldn’t drive off without making sure everything is in the bag always make sure your fries are hot service is friendly no issue getting a replacement. Over all there biggie bag is always my go to get a variety of sorts.

I should add that this place is normally good but today was just ridiculous. I ordered on the app because I was in a hurry. I got behind a person who not only spent time chatting with the cashier but then appeared to place a second order at the window. By the time they got done there were at least 3 cars behind me in line (it was going around the corner so there could have been more. Then when I get to the window they are out of part of my online order. I’m annoyed but it happens so I decide to cancel my order and get my money back. Well, they tell me they can’t do it. I have to do it through the app. I try but it won’t let me since it has already been processed. I then talk to another person and they repeat they can’t even do anything. They tell me I can get the rest of my order but they don’t even offer me a refund on the missing part (I can only order something I don’t want to replace it). I still decide to cancel and go and call the contact number on the app to get my refund and to make everything better they are closed on weekends and you can’t even leave a message. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a drive thru.

My crew and I were there on 6/19/25 for dinner, and as I was waiting for my food. I noticed the black male that worked there was grabbing the nuggets one by one with his bare hands after they were cooked and was putting them in the container for peoples orders. He never had gloves on and was using his bare hands. After he grabbed each chicken nugget, he would then proceed to wipe his hands on his dirty shirt and kept repeating the process.
The lady taking my order looked at me when I saw what he was doing and she immediately told him to use the prongs but he said “it slows me down” and kept on doing it and not a single employee did anything about it after that. Once I got my order there was also a hair I’m my fries.
The place looks clean but the employees obviously don’t care about the proper hygiene protocols on handling food.

This Wendy’s was amazing! I couldn’t find a cefcu ATM around and I hadn’t eaten all day, since I was traveling go my brothers place. And I didn’t have any cash, and when I went through the drive through on sunday July 13 at 630pm, I asked if there was any way I could get a $5 biggie bag. ( I had no way to pay on me.) And without hesitation the staff spotted me a $5 biggie bag. Thank so much Wendy’s staff for helping me out, you all deserve a raise!!!! Thanks!
