This is supposed to be a baked potato. The manager was running orders and making food. No other car at the pick up. A manager making the food should know better ( the manager asked if the mobile order had arrived, I heard him while I got my drinks) the burgers fries everything was crap with the exception of the drinks and the chili. As a former employee of Wendy’s in my teenage years I can say this once was a place that took pride in efficiency and accuracy getting cars in the drive thru to have the best times on our drive thru timer. Tonight I was treated with a can you please wait a couple of minutes?… I specifically asked may I have a spicy chicken add onion add pickle with extra mayo. I pull up to pay and of course I get told there’s a wait to please pull forward. I sat there for ten minutes while two employees came out to smoke a Newport and visit someone in the parking lot leaving an employee intended by himself with no help. Starting at me while they took a break!! I received my sandwich to only find guess what….. It was made incorrectly!! I went back and said this isn’t correct! To be asked for my receipt that was never given to me in the first place. What I magically just have a sandwich and a Wendy’s bag? The person in charge asked me three times what I wanted on my sandwich and I said it comes with mayo tomato and lettuce right I want that on there add pickle and onion…. Unprofessional on every level! Not to mention rude! You don’t take a break during dinner rush and stand in the parking lot socializing while your customer waited over 15 mins to get one sandwich!

ordered my food on the app 1 day last week and 1 day this week. both at 3 pm. each time i go to pick up my food, they claim theres no chili. Only been open 4 or 5 hours and out of chili ? their mobile app should say out of stock if its not. They want to replace my chili with a potato when i ordered fries already to put into the chili . also, as im waiting, people are coming up to the counter both times ive been there saying the lobby pop machine says empty to the 5 or 6 things they tried to get out of it.

Me and my mom went to use the restroom and order food. We went up to the counter and the guy working saw us there and he decided to ignore us and go outside for a “smoke” break. very unprofessional. very upset. this happened a few minutes ago around 9:20 pm tonight.

Food was nasty. Burgers had to have been 45 minutes old. Nuggets had to have sat under a heater for the same amount of time. Fries were soggy and cold. No one was even there when we went. Can’t be bothered with cooking food fresh. And all you get from the workers are dead pan stares. No light on behind the eyes. 6/21/25 1:30 p.m.

Employees and manager appear to be incompetent. Didn’t have what I ordered hours and wanted to tell me what I was entitled to get as a replacement. No buddy you don’t get to tell me what I can or cannot eat. Didn’t know how to refund money because he wasn’t taught. Just close the place down because there’s always issues here.

I don’t usually go to Wendy’s but today something had me craving a chili bowl. This is hands down the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time! Bathrooms were clean, the lobby was clean and the staff were polite and awesome. I’m not from here but if I ever pass by again this is the Wendy’s to hit! 10/10 will visit again!

My SIL and I came through the drive-thru just to be greeted with immediate attitude before we spoke a word. It was a simple order. A biggie bag and a 6-piece. We asked how much the biggie bag cost. She responded as if that question offended her lol. We pulled up to the window to pay. My SIL and I struggled to put together some change to pay, which I understand how that can be annoying when you’re working drive-thru because I also work drive-thru at a fast food place. But I have never talked to customers in that tone, even on my worst days. It was clear that the shift manager and whoever else was working was completely accepting of that behavior. Aside from the customer service, the food was okay. Probably won’t be going back ♀️

Terrible staff. Everyone has an attitude. The food wasn’t cooked fully and my order wasn’t correct. Don’t go to this Wendy’s people, save your money and time.
