The customer service here is so bad. I went inside to order and never got anyone to wait on me. Had to go through the drive thru to get food. I could understand if the drive thru was wrapped but it wasn’t. Do better Wendy’s

Unfortunately it is few and far between to get a correct order or fresh food here. They really are ruining Wendy’s reputation. Photos are unfortunately from different visits. Having worked there many years ago, the meat as shown in the pics is and should be made chili meat and not served as a burger. And that is saying maybe too much, not even sure if the Wendy’s I worked at would call this chili meat, should likely go directly into a waste bin.

Drive thru girl was very rude from the beginning. The chicken wraps had only a few pieces of chicken and barely any ingredients, one had cold meat as if just taken out of the fridge. The hamburger was also undercooked. Will be thinking twice to go to this Wendy’s again.

Got our food ordered on the mobile app after waiting like 20 minutes in line. Missing bbq sauce, toddler toy was the 3+, and my grilled chicken sandwich was cut into pieces. Why? Just falls off the bun. Drive thru lady said not a word of hello, thanks, nor have a nice day… disappointed in this Wendy’s. Not living up to the chain’s reputation.

The food was great, it took forever to get to the point I could order my food. Then I had to sit at the window over 4 minutes to get my food. That’s crazy I was there after 1:00pm. They had a sign up about how McDonalds makes their eggs. I thought that was tacky.
