Dude dropped some fresh chicken for my sandwich because the cooked patties were gonna be expired in 5 minutes and he didn’t want to serve me dry chicken. None of the other staff gave any grief about it, either. Made me feel like a rock star. Give these people some solid healthcare and good pay, because you definitely need them to stay.

I made my order but I guess the the young lady taking my order didn’t care to listen she gave me what she wanted and then caught an attitude when I asked her to correct it money wasted I threw the food away because I didn’t trust it with the looks the staff was looking while the lady was making my food won’t be going back there, they ALL need training in customer service, I went back recently and same thing service still sucks why would you serve these fries to a CUSTOMER

The folks here do an exceptional job. I’m a truck driver and I can honestly say this is the best fast food place Ive eaten at. Always clean. Well staffed. Food is always hot and fresh. (I stop here 3 times per week)

I’ve frequented many Wendy’s locations across the Midwest and south eastern states and I have never had such a regrettable, unpleasant interaction as I did tonight. The woman working the drive through does not possess the character, fortitude or charisma to work in customer service and should find a new form of employment. I will not ever return to this location, there are better places to stop along 57 in Kankakee.

I ordered breakfast this morning; when I got to the window the employee, then manager both told ne the system was upgrading and cards weren’t working until after upgrade
I was asked if I had cash which I did not;the manager then gave me my breakfast free. I did not wait more than 2 minutes.
The employee and manager were polite and quick. The food was hot and good and I am not sick from eating here.
