I called myself being a Good Samaritan, but as they say, no good deed goes unpunished. The guy in the driver thru at 2:30 in the morning was infuriated that the car before me ditched an order or something, stating “its gonna cost me $8 out of my check for that”…I in turn said, don’t let that alter your energy…add the $8 to my tab. Which was a $11 meal. Something inside of me said ask for my receipt…what he deliberately didn’t give to me after my card was returned after being held for a little less than a minute. Turns out he charged me for 13 items to a total of $30.75. I think I may have to cancel my card and file a criminal complaint.

Today I went to the Wendy’s in Calumet Park Illinois. I would like to thank cashier Cynthia and manager Latisha. additonally Renee and CC. This location was very clean. Ms Cynthia definitely took care of the register with her wonderful customer service! Equally as important, The kitchen staff worked cohesively together to ensure that the customers had great hot food! I will be back again

First time in a long time at this Wendy’s I got great service through the drive-thur I am so proud of you guys. Normally potatoes is an issue, but they actually had some. That potato was so amazing hot, fresh , and a bit sweet love just needed more cheese I will make sure I add extra cheese next time. Over all let’s go guys keep it coming thanks ! See you soon !

10/29/25 Ordered 2 Sausage, egg and cheese on croissant(1 with American and 1 with swiss), a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and a large potato. There wasn’t ANY meat on any of the sandwiches!! We also did not receive a receipt for our our purchase. When we tried to call, at first the phone just rang, then hung up. When we tried to call back the phone continued to ring busy!! Poor service! The workers taking the orders are constantly laughing and talking to others and distracted and seldom get the orders correct. So you have pass the items back to them to have it corrected. Very frustrating! Wendy’s food is still good but the service at this location need a desperate improvement!!

The quality of the food here is far less important than the length of multi-colored hair weave that is on display here… the length of the fingernails are unsanitary. The dining room was very cold. The condiment ketchup stand had not been attended in some time. Why does it have to be this way only in certain communities..?

I was refused my receipt at drive through I asked the cashier and manager and was told we don’t have receipts here. I asked Manager for the store managers name (which she both het and store manager had the same name) but ok- I asked for the District Manager and Owners name and the manager at the window did not know. I was told by cashier “ oh we don’t have any extra sauce here. I left with no receipt! I. Need that receipt for my expense report and because I paid for it
