Just want to share my update today of what happened at Wendy’s located in Cicero Illinois. The employees was very rude and disrespectful. They were going back-and-forth arguing and cursing in front of children. I paid for my order off my debit card. My order didn’t come up in their system and they were arguing back-and-forth with me about the order. One of the managers they say her name is Natalie, but she had a badge on Saying LUZ was very rude and disrespectful. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order as I waited for them to do everyone else order but had already had my money. This whole entire experience was terrible and I would never recommend anyone there and we’ll be going to the Better Business Bureau and reaching out to corporate

When I entered the establishment the place seemed nice and organized, then I stood by the cashier ready for them to take my order…I waited a long time while employees just passed by without saying anything. I ended up ordering at the kiosk, went to get my drink where it smelled bad and everything was flat on both machines. Not coming here again.

Food was bleh. Went to go use the bathroom and one of the employees informed me she had to let me in. However, I’m a transgender woman who outwardly presents obviously feminine and yet she just HAD to open up the MEN’S bathroom. Never wanna come here again, and I will actively warn others not to give this place any of their time or money. Do better.
Update: the manager was sympathetic and said she’ll tell her crew to look out more in the future. Much appreciated!

You would think with the little effort of customer service the employees have left after getting the robot prompter who takes your order there’d be better service. The young employees who work there barely talk to mention your total, your change in return or when handing you the food. It happens EVERY. TIME.
Managers train your employees better and be the example. Fr. Fr.

I will never return. I went to the Wendy’s on Western and their AI machine wasn’t working and could not take orders so I come to this location. AI takes my order. I wait in the drive-through line only for the lady at the window to tell me they’re out of salads. Why didn’t AI tell me that get rid of AI .

I placed this order for delivery on Grub Hubb.This restaurant is ridiculous I will never order here again. Save your time and your money the quality of service and food isn’t worth the wait for the drive. 11:26am my order was placed it was delivered at 12:06pm cold over cooked dry my Iced Vanilla-cino was mostly water and creamer. They even forgot my meal. Your suppose to make the order fresh for delivery not pack it up out the way into the microwave one soft sandwich and one brick one? Both patties dry. Yous deserve to shut down and re-ran by new management because to think that its barely lunch and this is what you get? Absolutely not! Thanks for the worst experience.

It has been 10 years of not coming to this Wendy’s. I live straight down the street . Would you believe after 10 years the service and food is still horrible. Wendy’s this is absolutely pathetic. I came by to see if anything has chaged. The whole staff needs to be replaced . Horrible. Don’t come here customers. I told you.

Always slow. They always let one car at a time on the drive thru, once you get to the window they tell u can you reverse behind the pole. They worry more on stopping the drive thru time than customer service
