The BEST location and fast food place I’ve gone to. The workers are so nice and honestly have the best customer service I’ve seen. I always come to this location because of the workers. Sometimes the wait is a little longer but they make it worth. Only thing is I don’t get too much fries

Poor customer service from the night crew in particular a bigger size women who had her edges done and was working the drive through this was around 9:40pm and she had a very crappy attitude. I never had a bad experience until my encounter. I wouldn’t have made this review if it wasn’t for the mistake she made on giving me the wrong sauces and the cold fries and nuggets..not only did she have an attitude but also messed my order up my wife is pregnant and now I have to hear my wife be upset because someone wanna have an attitude and give me cold food.

Worst Wendy’s customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered mobile order and the night shift lady kind of yelled at me to go forward and park my car. I waited outside for about 10-15min. Nobody came outside for my food. I went in, young man who was mopping the floor came to the counter and helped prep my food. He didn’t really wash his hands. It took quite long time as well, but he was at least tried to get my food. All the food I got was worse than regular Wendy’s food I used to get from different branches. Fries was cold and old. Burger wasn’t that great. Lady is quite rude. People don’t smile. I wouldn’t ever come back to this branch

We had Shane immediately greet us and let us know he’d be with us shortly. He collected our order and the food was served quickly. I was impressed that during the down time, Shane cleaned all the surfaces and greeted customers and incoming staff. He definitely helps elevate the fast food experience!

When you got to have a bowl of Chili, Wendy’s to the rescue. On my potato yes please. On my salad why not? The Baconator is waiting if you skipped lunch & you need to knock out your hunger.
This establishment is clean well maintained with plenty of parking. Access parking clearly marked near entrance.
The Big Dave’s double is what I take when I go fishing. The frosty is always a treat & I was really enjoying those seasonal flavors, it’s nice to try something new.
The biggie bag is a real deal. It’s the only time I don’t mind sharing my chicken nuggets, when I’m eating the Crispy Chicken, like in line for a playoff game. Enjoy your visit.

Let me just say the guy working tonight is such a doll! AJ, he was professional and polite and so sweet. I hardly run into that at other Wendy’s. Hot fresh food he made sure our order was correct as well. Thanks AJ. Merry Christmas

The Dave’s Single and Double burgers here are always old and rubbery like the patties have been cooked and sitting out for quite some time. Doesn’t taste fresh and warm as compared to other Wendy’s locations.

The nicest staff especially the lady at the drive-thru window who we had a nice fun conversation with about her car. So polite. So friendly and one of the nicest experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s ever

Long waiting time even though there were only 2 customers in the whole ‘restaurant’. It also looked shady. I waited 10-15 minutes only to get 2 baconators. At least the counter server apologized.

Food? the food is amazing as always. I love me a good baconator or anything that will make my heart stop. But what will not make my heart stop are the managers at this location. I should not sit there, ready to eat, after a day’s rough honest work and hear older ladies yelling at teenage boys who are manning the cash register and drive through the entire time. Tell me, honestly how can I enjoy the sound of the food when the screams of the ladies in the back are crispier than the chicken. Are sizzlier than the chicken. Are so hot that it bites back before i take a bite out of my chicken. I have never in my time heard a manager tell their workers to line up confiscate their keys and yell at them telling them that they would be sent to walk home with out their car because of their poor work ethic. That’s honestly insane to me. The worst part was when one of the workers went out to clean the tables but the manager thought he was leaving so guess what she did. Did you guess yell? how did u know! She yelled at him again saying why didn’t you say goodbye to me. What a poor guy, this is literally abuse. To whoever sees this, manager of this place included, there are ways to upkeep a business and keep it tidy but this is no way to treat anybody. Would you treat your child like this, can you imagine someone else’s child being treated like this? I am a man with an honest job and I truly keep it honest, but this aint no honest. This is evil, this is unmouthwateringly evil. At what cost must your strictness be upheld? I would literally pay not for the meal but for some soundproof walls. You want to yell at kids? go to Six Flags, hop on a roller coaster, you can yell all you want, and the kids wont even think you are yelling at em. There u go get some six flag tickets next time you decide to yell at some kids and let me enjoy my chicken nuggets in peace. I know one of your slogans is “wheres the beef?” But whats the point when I dont even gotta ask you wheres the beef, that beef is right in front of me at the cost of those poor kids doing honest work. Your beef should only be cow beef and leave it at that.
