Well I want to Say I love Wendy’s but today was a total failure
1st soda was tasting like it wasn’t exactly cleaned (SPOUT)
2nd forgot my butter and sour cream for my potato (ordered potato & chives that thoses come with order)
3rd Chile the meat wasn’t even chopped up like it usually is
4th notice before i pulled away also with out my drink (IT WASN’T GIVEN W/ORDER HAD TO ASK FOR IT)
5th fries had CLUMPS OF SALT OVER POURED (CAN ANYONE SAY BLOOD PRESSURE OVERLOAD)
I LIVE NEAR 71ST AND WESTERN BUT THAT LOCATION IS EXTREMELY BAD SO I TAKE THE DRIVE TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS BETTER NOW I KNOW JUST TO STICK TO ARCHER AND ROCKWELL BECAUSE THERE I GET EVERYTHING CORRECT CAN SOMEONE FROM THAT LOCATION GIVE THEM ON WESTERN A REFRESHER ON HOW A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT SHOULD WORK

Its not a good look when you have a bunch of teenagers working but their more interesting in fraternizing than working. Soda machine needs to be replaced along with the machine being dirty.
It’s also not a good look when the Manager on duty is not being respected by her own staff. The disrespect by the staff was very blatant.

Decided to go in to place an order because the drive-through line had at least 10 cars walk-in never greeted never took my order. Stood in there for 10 minutes while everyone just stood around moving extremely slow without a care in the world of having guests. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service

I always order the Apple pecan salad.. I noticed they changed the container from circle to square. But the salad is still good. Depending on the location of the Wendy’s… I get everything I pay for.. other Wendy’s they may sometimes forget. All in all, Wendy’s has a special place in my heart so I’ll keep giving them chances

I went through the drive thru. They are not able to handle a rush. It took 5 times to get the order correct on the screen. Only to get my order with no sour cream or butter. The frosty was even not frozen.
When i called the manager her response was not nice either. Didn’t seem to want to resolve the issue.

I honestly don’t know what to say. I used to take my grandma here regularly, and the service used to be great. I took her here today, and it was just awful. My drink order was incorrect, but that’s fine. I didn’t complain. I just politely asked for something different. What upset me is that I could hear an employee complaining loudly about me during their morning rush. I don’t think we will be coming back here.

No stars. I love Wendy’s overall however I’ve been to this location at 99th and Western a few times and this is what they serve. Burnt, cold dry food. I also ordered a bacon cheese potato which had no bacon. I will never ever stop at this location again and I suggest that nobody else does either!
