Re review, lady at the window is kind and polite ordered the number seven food was hot and fresh!
This place has fresh food i know that because ive been coming her for years. Theres about 1 instance total of a bad food expireance but it was because they were out of something that should be included in a salad. Today i had the breakfeast number 7 and it was fresh and cant complain.

This is usually our go to restaurant, as we moved to this area, and hadn’t had too many problems before today. I ordered my family a meal through the app for drive thru, including my chicken sandwich. We started eating when we got home and i took about 2 or 3 bites and noticed something fall on my shirt. It looked like hard white dust or pebbles (its hard to explain). I looked at my chicken sandwich and the bottom bread was covered in white hard little pebbles. I have no idea what they were and never got answers to what it could be. I called the manager, she said she needed to see the sandwich for a refund so we drove back. She offered to make me another sandwich but no thanks! I was not hungry after seeing that. Also, she was only going to refund the sandwich not the meal, even though she told me to just take the sandwich back. I told her well we had to drive all the way back for this and then she’s like ok that’s fine. She refunded my meal. After that she was a little more apologetic and said if I wanted a frosty for the inconvenience, I said sure, (That was my dinner). I’m just disappointed with how the situation was handled though because I would have been so much more apologetic and embarrassed after seeing that. A frosty just wasn’t enough for that trauma, lbvs. I would think twice about going back and if you do, pleasssse check your food before you eat!

Food is was hot and delicious, the person serving it this morning was rude with condesending attitude. I was polite but i got the attitude like i was beneath her, when she handed me the food. This porson needs a humility lesson.

I’m disappointed, not specifically with this particular Wendy’s store, but with the overall quality of the food. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and it was a tiny thing that was barely worth the price I paid for it.
The Frosty, however, was good and the new flavors are delicious. I had the strawberry.

This is a pretty solid Wendy’s in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on Archer Ave. Their drive-thru is quick and the employees are generally friendly. If you like spicy things, try the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich — it’s really spicy! The $5 Biggie Bag is still the best deal in town, including a jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, 4pc nuggets and drink. The saucy nuggs are great, especially the spicy garlic parmesan! Don’t forget a chocolate frosty to wash it all down.

This used to be the best store about seven years ago. Now it’s the worst. It doesn’t even show up in the app for ordering. They could never scan the app in store either. They mix their regular and decaf coffee together right in front of your eyes. They don’t care about service at all. The manager is mean to everybody, customers and the workers. She’s got no respect for anybody. We ordered one spicy chicken and one regular chicken sandwich combos tonight. First we had to figure out which was which. Big, beautiful piece of chicken in the regular sandwich, but a flat, overcooked piece of balsa wood for the spicy chicken. It’s just shameful!.

I stopped at Wendy’s on my way to work and got the sausage & egg croissant with no Swiss sauce. As I’m eating the sandwich at work, I crunch down. There were eggs shells stuck to the eggs. It was very disappointing.

Ordered a Classic. Received a grilled something’s. I a rideshare driver and I was hungry! Didn’t feel like getting back in drive thru. So I ate it. The lettuce was partially burned. The peach lemonade was real good. I told the young lady at drive thru the aforementioned. She “said” she’d take care of me next time. She gave me no receipt earlier, so how is she gonna do that? I expressed I’m rarely over that way! And pulled off. I was upset about the whole thing. Then this Google popup appeared on my phone asking me to describe my experience. Getting tired of getting bad food and fast food franchises. Step up you game and get the food right the first time! Throwing this in the trash.
