I tried reaching out to corporate but I’ve gotten nothing back so now I’m leaving this here as a heads up. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of response afterward. On January 14th at 12:24 a.m., I was served a raw chicken sandwich from this Wendy’s location. This is a serious food safety issue that could have made me very sick. I tried reaching out to Wendy’s to report what happened and give them the opportunity to address the situation, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of follow-up is just as concerning as the incident itself.

I went to this location again… after the below review. I asked for no cheese on my burger as I am allergic. The wonder person assured me it was no cheese. I got home (20 min away) and there was cheese on my burger. They WILL NOT REFUND over the phone… and DO NOT CARE about the customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
I went through the drive through and ordered a pretzel bacon meal grilled chicken wrap and a double big bacon. When leaving I noticed the receipt was NOT correct. So I asked them if this was the right food. They ASSURED ME it was, and that it was a mix up of the receipts. I ASKED them if they could check to make sure as I didn’t want to touch anyone else’s food… they AGAIN assured me it was correct. Now I am home… and I have COLD fries… and NOT the right order. I attempted to call them and there was NO answer. Absolute failure on their part. I DEMAND a refund. CHECK FOOD BEFOFE YOU LEAVE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. My order was missing the double big bacon, AND the chicken wrap! To make matters worse… I called and the phone rang but no one answered…and now it goes right to busy signal, so I can’t even get in touch to get this fixed. This is VERY unprofessional.

Night time manager doesn’t care about customers or serving fresh or hot food. Every single time he is there the fries are old and cold and he’s gotten the order wrong a couple times. We come at night every so often when in a rush and coming home from work. So having to drive all the way back for an incorrect order is a huge pain. Just can’t believe he doesn’t make an effort to at least make sure the food is hot and correct.

The place is pretty clean. The drive-thru was busy for the evening. There’s an outside patio with two tables and only one of the umbrellas was up. The staff was ok for the most part. They weren’t super friendly, but weren’t outright mean either. One of the two freestyle drink machines was out of order. I decided to try out the loaded nacho cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches. My order was ready within a few minutes and I soon after realized they forgot the “loaded” part. The cheese burger barely had any tortilla strips on it and definitely was missing the little nacho bits that the chicken sandwich had. No effort was into presentation so they were just sloppily thrown together which explains why it got into my hands so fast.
The food is ok. The loaded nacho cheese burger is better than the chicken sandwich. The American cheese was at least melted due to the food being hot. There were no napkins in the bag which is a first for me. Luckily I had some on me otherwise I would’ve been in a pickle since I had left the restaurant already.

It’s too bad we can’t give 0 stars for this review. We came to this Wendy’s location July 3rd 2019 approximately at 10:56pm and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches… I ate one that was completely fine and my father in law as well. Unfortunately, my husband received a RAW spicy chicken sandwich. This is incredibly disgusting and disappointing! Most importantly very dangerous if someone would not have noticed and ate a raw chicken sandwich. BELIEVE me we are not the type of people that complain but this is unbelievable. We came back to complain and I’m writing this as we are waiting to speak to someone and since it’s late we are waiting in the drive thru line and it’s been almost 25mins! DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD FROM HERE! If they were unaware or paid little attention to this detail I can only imagine what other things they are not precautious about! STAY AWAY.

This is what you get for $18.56 . They kept typing in the wrong order. I got three different totals, one was $31.- -, $24.- – then finally the accurate total, which was $18.56. One young woman and three young men tried to get the correct total. I sat at the drive through window watching all this activity pertaining to my meal. I must admit I was losing my patience. They also had to take the sack of burgers back so that they could unwrap the burgers and make sure the order was right. They were also out of lettuce and no discount was offered for that inconvenience. when I finally drove away from the window I parked and checked my meal. I was very disappointed in the way the burgers looked. I took inside and showed it to the manager. I’ve never had a baconnator before but I’ve had a bacon pub cheeseburger before and it didn’t look like this. I asked him should there be some kind of melted cheese like nacho cheese consistency on there and he said “yeah there should be,doesn’t look like there’s any on yours though” . He then said “ do you want some more cheese on it”? I figured I’d better leave before things got worse. I said no, and left. I get better looking cheeseburgers from Burger King and my local corner burger joint. Wendy’s is not worth my time or money and I’m not going back there anymore. I didn’t even eat the burger because I was so angry. My husband had both. I asked him how were they? He said “ Eh! It’s Wendy’s “. I should have saved my money and ate my home cooked leftovers, which I ended up doing anyway.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location on DoorDash and both times they forgot my frosty workers probably too lazy to clean the machine or acting as if it doesn’t work. What’s the whole point of the frosty promotion of new flavors if the machine is never gonna be any use
