Bathrooms were always clean when visiting.
Maggie,Al and Maria were always professional and good people, in which I enjoyed talking to.
Breakfast sandwiches were good. Only ding was potato wedges offered as the only side. Burrito value meal has potatoes in the burrito and a side, just too much.
Now the Hoffman estates site at Gulf and Walnut doesn’t serve breakfast.

Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve EVER been to. Had to include a picture of the pathetic crispy chicken sandwich I got. Looks like they forgot the toppings and it was hard as a rock. Obviously old. So were the fries and the bacon and the burger meat and I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time. They helped the 6 cars that went through the drive thru before bringing out my food and ice less ice tea. It was almost a joke how bad everything was. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Wendy’s. Called the corporate number and they gave me credit for my inconvenience but we cant even eat the food tonight because it’s so old, it tastes horrible. Do better Wendy’s.

This was terrible. Forgot honey mustard when we asked for multiple. Spicy chicken tasted terrible and soggy. I asked for cheese on my sons chicken sandwich and they forgot it and it was very dry. Sprite tasted sour and weird. Service was awful we had to park to the side when there was NO ONE there except us. Just teens on their phones. Also costed 41.50 for 6 items. Unbelievable. If i would 0 stars.

Came here for some quick burgers after a day at the pool. We got the family pack of spicy nuggets, a chicken sandwich, a Dave’s single cheeseburger, a strawberry summer salad, and the pretzel bun bacon burger.
Salad chicken was dry and the lettuce leaves were room temperature.
The nuggets were pretty decent but the burger meat was not that good. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted and there was too much mayo on the sandwiches.

Wendy’s has always been my favorite of the big chain burger places. Their burgers are better than the rest and they have a great salad selection. They have improved their French fries and are comparable to their competitors. Nothing beats the frosty and their world class chili. Where’s the beef? It’s here along with their chicken and fish sandwiches.
Now as for Yorkville, I have ordered 2 large fries and one medium. What I received was medium fries in large containers. I can easily fit my large fries in the medium container. From previous visits this is for certain. You must check your order before you leave because the chances of getting it wrong is pretty high.
I make an online order when I get to a busy restaurant. Everyone who orders at the counter gets their food while I never got my online order.

It was lunch time and it seems they didn’t have enough workers to handle it. The workers they did have had a hard time communicating to customers and vice versa. I saw a woman in the back emptying a bag of lettuce into the bin with no gloves on….that’s disgusting.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Everybody is clueless with their job. No common sense. Repeated my order back to the guy three times for him to still get my order wrong. Overcharged me For three large fries that I never asked for. Forgot my drink. Will not be going back until they get new staff!
