This Wendy’s is ACCURATE, FAST, and FRIENDLY!!! I work in the area and visit this Wendy’s a few times a month. The line at drive thru is always long BUT they handle it like it’s nothing. If the line is backed up towards the entrance you can still get you food in under 10 min.

Went to the Westmont Wendy’s this morning for breakfast through the drive thru and what a disappointment!!! The owner was operating the drive thru window and his customer service was definitely lacking…didn’t ask if we wanted cream/sugar for our coffee, didn’t allow us to use two coupons even though we were purchasing multiple items as the coupons state. Lastly when arrived home with our food my sandwich was wrong, ordered bacon, egg & cheese but received sausage. We are weekly customers at this Wendy’s but not sure if we will go as frequently after this experience as seemed the owner didn’t care.

The girl at the front counter was bothered that we wanted to place an order. He attitude sucked.Of course my order was wrong and cold. The store was trashed, the garbage cans were so full we had to put our trash on the front counter. Not to mention that my shoes stuck to the floor. They have killed my Wendy’s forever

Man at the drive through was extremely rude when asking about menu options. Then after receiving my order half of it was missing. This happened on June 14th at 11:40pm. Unfortunately this is not the first time half my order is missing at this Wendy’s location. I never get what I pay for.

Happen to be in the area and wanted to try this Wendy’s. First off, crew was very accommodating and friendly. The Manager or whoever that guy in the front, treats His crew with respect and not bossy at all (just an observation) They were happy to accept the coupon that we used. The Food! The Food is noticeably better than other Wendy’s we’ve been in the past. The Burgers are well put together and not greasy at all. Tasted very Fresh! The Fries is also perfect! Not soggy, not salty, not hard and with no stale or rancid oil tasting to it. Me and my Husband devoured our large fries and enjoyed every piece of it. This Wendy’s is so far the Best one’s we’ve been so far and the next time we are in the area, I will sure stop by again.

It’s been so long since I’ve had any fast food, the cheese burger from Wendy’s was really tasty. I ordered through the drive-through window and everything was fine. One weird thing though, unlike most drive through windows, you pay at the window and then just wait at the same window to be handed your order; they don’t have two windows. I imagine it makes the drive through slow during rush hour.

I did not receive a receipt and the chili was watery….. adding onto the next three visits, the chili had hardly any meat, so now it has become more like a thinned out bean chili with more spice. I am comparing this with the other Wendy’s.
