I feel that this is one of the best Wendy’s around. Employees are friendly. Food is usually hot and tasty. I visit here often even though it usually is out of my way. The only issues I have had here is the pop machine in the dining area is slow on the TouchPad. Also occasionally my fries or breakfast potatoes are not hot from the fryer as I like them. I don’t have a Wendy’s in Lockport yet so I have to travel to one and this one is the best within 12 miles of me.

Getting sick and tired of having to deal with the managers attitude and snarky comments everytime I come to this location. I dont think it’s a coincidence that shes never wearing a name tag. I can understand one or two instances and chalk it up to a bad day but shes been consistently rude for months now. If you’re craving Wendy’s I highly recommend going to the one on 75th street 2.5 miles away where they are actually nice to you and treat you with respect instead of as an irritation. Maybe she needs better training or the job is too much for her to handle either way she is definitely not treating customers the way a manager of all people should. I cant even imagine how she treats her employees.

I ordered thru the drive thru last night March 25, 2023, Saturday. Ordered for one double baconator, one large Coke no ice, and two by 4 crispy chicken nuggets. The person assigned taking my order never bothered to show on screen my order to easily verify my actual order. He just said my billing was US$ 17.00 plus for the whole order. Went to the second window to pay my order. Normally they give your official receipt inside your ordered items in the paper bag. This time they didn’t. They included a fries obviously not freshly cooked because the fries are already harden compare to freshly cooked. Obviously it was a ripped off. I never ordered fries no wonder my billing was US$ 17.00 plus.

Just ordered a plain baked potato and jr. bacon cheeseburger. The baked potato was very small and the jr. bacon cheeseburger was microwaved in its wrapping. That wilted the lettuce and just no flavor. This was a great Wendy’s to eat at and this location took pride in its product. NOT ANYMORE Apparently.

Very fast drive-thru for Wednesday late night. Friendly faces and good people. Under $18 for three and a large frosty. Attention! NO APPLE PAY! Cash or card only. (I hope they change this!) They have creamy sriracha sauce. I love the soda options here: Sugar-Free Root Beer really hits the spot.

The drive thru sucks at this facility, they have no patience and when I asked to add more to my order the young Mexican lady w/ a face full of makeup said NO and slammed the drive-thru door in my face. Very rude and obnoxious; it took everything in me to keep my composure. Fortunately, unlike that employee; I have too much to lose to feed into all her negativity and spiteful mindset. Clearly Wendy’s was the best she could do in life so she reaps what she sews daily! Zero stars in my opinion, last time going here frfr.

Decent food normally, but they aren’t nice enough to warn you not to park in their lot. Conveniently, they apparently restock at 1pm and will happily block you into the lot with no warning or time frame. Geniuses park the semi right behind the curbside pickup spots..
