I’ll tell you what I’ll probably never go back to this Wendy’s and it has absolutely nothing to do with the food or the staff. I pulled up to the drive-thru to place a simple order and the recording offering their current special did its thing and I already knew what I wanted so I was just waiting for drive-thru attendants voice to place my order well that employee didn’t make it in today and won’t make it in to that job anymore in the future. Since that job is being performed by an AI computer voice. No human to speak to whatsoever until you get to the window… Until they figure out how to replace that too.

This Wendy’s was okay I was looking for more with how beautiful it looks on the outside. I got a regular chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato. I asked for extra mayo got a center of it not spread around on the bun. Sure enough did not get the extra. Chicken was not hot you can tell it was already made, but sitting under a light. Potato I liked the bacon was crispy. The best thing was my coke drink was amazing. Just have to do better with the food cook as you go, but they so busy worried about the time in the drive- thru making Wendy through out ok food. Let’s get it together Wendy’s .

Every time I go to this Wendy’s they always get my order wrong everything was wrong today I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger with just ketchup and onions and mustard then they gave me a bacon junior bacon cheeseburger with mayo lettuce and tomatoes and I can’t eat either of those. Then I asked for a Hi-C orange no ice they gave me a medium with ice in it. Do a better job get better workers

I ordered a simple Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the kid at the drive thru looked flustered and asked what I got, I told him then he hands me a bag. I get home and find a nasty, cold, soggy burger. What kind of incompetent idiocy is this? Stop hiring illiterate people who can’t read on a basic kindergarten level. Wendy’s Support didn’t even offer me a free sandwich to compensate but wanted me to use a discounted offer. Pathetic! Every Wendy’s I go to is disgusting and has incompetent employees.

there seems to be no sense of urgency from the staff at this location. i spent a total of 25 mins in the drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me. 10 mins waiting to place my order. another 10 mins at the window waiting for food. and they then ask me to pull up because they were waiting 3 mins for nuggets. i waited another 5 mins and received my food COLD. they couldn’t have been waiting on nuggets, these nuggets are petrified like they have been out all day. usually when they ask you to pull up, you’re expecting FRESH HOT food, and instead i received cold fries, cold hard nuggets. not to mention i asked for ketchup for my nuggets and received 2 ketchup packets for 10 nuggets.

The order cost $19.76 I gave the Cashier $18.00 and said here’s $18.00 I was digging thru my change to pay the rest she asks,”this is $18.00?” I replied “yes” she replied,”you owe another $1.76.” As she sees me digging thru my change. I replied, “yeah I know, give me a minute. ” Why didn’t she count the original amount rather than asking me. Food was hot. Large shakes are small.
