Comparing this in relation to other fast food restaurants of similar caliber I give this location very high marks. Very quick, fresh, and accurate orders have always been received. This is in Stark contrast to other fast food services in the area so obviously they are doing something right/ better

It was free fry day, so I tried Wendy’s again. As usual, the burger itself has no flavor. The toppings are good, but the unseasoned burger leaves a lot to be desired.

They were busy I understand that but the customer service could have been better. They assured me that I had all the items and when I pulled off I didn’t have my drink. Instead of going in the store to grab the drink they forgot to give me, I had to get back in the long line because the doors were locked, and they wouldn’t answer the phone. There were numerous people unhappy with their order, and my thing is I wouldn’t have minded all the trouble if the food was good. But the food was terrible. I won’t be going back at least not at night.

The $5 and $6 biggie bags are awesome. Dine in usually closes at 10 pm. Quick, friendly and efficient. I not only love the food, I also love picking up deliveries from them as well.

My chicken nuggets weren’t cooked on the inside and my fries were stale and barely warm. Then when I tried to ask to get them replaced, they told me I needed to wait back in the drive thru line, that I had already waited in for close to 20 minutes just to order, and was currently wrapped around the building. Do. Not. Recommend.

I was in the line for the drive through and pulled up to the speaker right after the car in front of me ordered, but was never helped. I waited at the speaker and kept saying hello without a response. Drove up to the window and made eye contact with someone who walked away. I honked and then I called and still no service. Apparently they close 10 minutes early here…that’s just bad business.
