The new chicken tenders aren’t bad. I drove through to try them. But, what is bad is that now they have artificial intelligence taking your order. It took forever for the guy in front of me to communicate to the robot. So I asked for a human, which the machine allowed me to do. However, the human is obviously overworked and stressed and not prepared to communicate with customers. Just a bad scene., For the Wendy’s of the 80s and 90s when you got good service as well as decent fast food.

Well Once again I sat in the drive thru @7:15am. No one answered to take my order. Evidently I drove off with out placing an order. If MCD wasn’t in the opposite direction I would go there. They are more dependable during operating hours.

Bolingbrook location … The poor woman serving us was by herself Multitasking. there were a million flies all over the place. The tables were dirty , the pop machine had sticky pop all over it. The burger was the greasiest burger i ever had from any wendy’s ever. Disgusting. Most Wendy’s locations are pretty good.This one was not.

Awful experience, was yelled at use the kiosk because they were too busy. Let me paint a pic, two cars in the drive thru and one other couple in the dining room. My breakfast sandwich was not even warm. Bathrooms were disgusting, and beer cans all over the sidewalk in front of the building.
