Waited in line on 9/21 Tuesday 2pm-3pm for my food. Very long wait time for 4 people in line. Ordered my food and then proceed to check out. Paid and left. Was not till I parked and tried the food to note that there is less fries and hair on my mouth on first bite.

Customer service was good but, The food was horrible. Very cold fries, chicken sandwich taste old or reheated. There was a hair in my fries let’s not forget to mention that! My goodness get it together.

Tonight I went through the drive through to get a triple berry frosty, but they only had vanilla so I accepted it. The frosty was very milky, I was very disappointed. When I got home I called the restaurant to inform them of the matter and the lady hung up the phone on me.

Received less than poor unnecessary service. I reported the worker, who gave me a frosty that had more on the outside of the cup than inside. The spoon had frosty on it. I asked for a new one and she snatched it out of my hand. After talking to the manager, her response to the worker was “be nice”. I don’t go there often because of the bad service. I will find another location. Service was

It sucks because Wendy’s is one of favorite chains and it’s really close by but this one I actively avoid going to. I once waited in line for around 30 minutes for my food to come around and long wait times is pretty common if Ive gotten it multiple times. The hygiene in that place is also pretty abysmal as you seen from other reviews. The service horrible, the atmosphere is horrible and the only reason Id give it a 2 out of 5 stars on food is because I enjoy Wendy’s. Id rather an extra 15 minutes to another location than to go to this one.
