Who ever works tonight needs to be fired. So about 10:30pm I get food I order and want to make my double stack biggie bag a large and she said I “aint” doing that cuz I punched the order in already then I get home finally find a movie to put on and unwrap my sandwhich and it’s a JBC I said double stack with only ketchup and cheese I don’t eat bacon.. She was very sloppy giving me my change back and dropped it on the floor didn’t even say sorry just said “oh” and closed the window. I’m overly upset. She also didn’t give me a receipt.

They should be ashamed of themselves! If you pay damn near $8 first one sandwich is an outrage especially when its supposed to be a baconator! I expect there to be more than two haves of bacon on there. Thus sandwich is nothing more than a double cheeseburger with a side of bacon on it. I rather go to burger king from now on. Then I didn’t even leave the parking lot anf went back to the window to inquire about it and was told thats it! And they don’t give refunds. Yeah im dine with Wendy’s completely

Overall, decent service. The service wasn’t as spectacular as Chick-fil-A. But, overall the service was decent. The food was excellent. I loved their fries. I didn’t go inside so I have no complaints about the atmosphere.
I would just recommend for there employees to smile. That’s all.

Me and my mother’s drive-thru experience was not pleasant. What happened was when we told the lady on the speaker we wanted two small fries, she had told us one, but my mother had try to correct her saying it was two small fries, but she said something like we got a small fry and told us to pull up in a rude manner. Once we pulled up to the window there was an older man who cashed us out and never told us the total, didn’t speak, and didn’t care.
Now they got the order right, but my mother complained that her fries were slightly cold and mines too. The chickens were good like they always were. Nice and hot, so I have no complaints about that.
Overall, Wendy’s needs to do better in regards to hiring people who actually want to work and earn money while also displaying good customer service, now I understand some employees may not feel like taking customer’s orders, but it doesn’t excuse the fact that they were being rude.

I recently visited this Wendy’s location with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted by any of the staff. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and customer engagement — we had to speak first before receiving any acknowledgment.
When placing our order, I specifically requested that everything be made fresh. Despite this, the food we received had clearly been sitting for a while, and some items were cold. I had to return to the counter to ask for fresh fries, which should not have been necessary considering my initial request.Overall, the staff appeared inattentive and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. This experience reflected poorly on the level of service and quality I expect from Wendy’s. I would rate this visit extremely low due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer requests.

Today 2-27-26 was super busy but Madison was calm and trying her best to remain patient while ppl are loud and rude. But she was so calm . Even with it being understaffed, she still kept her cool.

This is damn near one of the worst Wendy’s around. Customer service horrible and too many young people working with no work or customer experience. I blame management and not having enough training for staff. You go out to where there’s more white people customer service experience is great. This location is convenient but I will start taking my business somewhere else. And the food isn’t always fresh.

I went there for the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, there’s just something about that sandwich that wasn’t good. The bun by itself tasted great, the mozzarella by itself tasted great and the chicken by itself tasted great but all together it was not a good experience. I opted to go for the garlic fries as an upgrade and absolutely regret it. Terrible choice. Pepsi was good.

I had to wait 17 min for on sausage biscuits which was cold. While in the drive thru, I was told to back up behind a pile after placing my order… I waited 6 min behind the pole then I was told to pull up to the door where I proceeded to wait another 10 min or so. No complementary items were offered. Never going to this wendy again

If you’ve been to this location. You know what it’s like. Inside looks fine. But ordering takes forever. They most likely forget about you and then barely speak up to tell you, the order is done. Maybe drive thru is better, but when they packed. You best have nothing to do for the next 30min-hour.
