Got my brothers order wrong and did absolutely nothing to help. Communication was basically impossible because this lady mumbles, has an accent, and clearly does not care in any sense. She tried gaslighting him into thinking that she didn’t get his order wrong. There’s better food in the area anyway.

I went to Wendy’s for dinner tonight. I ordered my favorite salad (summer strawberry) without cheese since I’m dairy free. I’ve ordered the salad at least five times the last few weeks, and I’ve always ordered it without cheese. Tonight I was told I couldn’t order it without cheese because it was already made. What?! Well, Wendy’s, you suck! What a great way to accommodate your customers. I love that salad but I guess I won’t be coming back for one

The drive thru didn’t move for ten minutes and when I decided to go in no one working there was working the front counter so I cancelled my order through the app. I thought the app was supposed to streamline my order…..not here

My wife picked up dinner for the family here through the drive thru and upon getting home she realized that there were items missing from the order. I called to speak to the manager and the person who answered the phone simply said “Hello”, no company greeting or name provided. They were not at all helpful but another manager got on the phone and was actually caring about what happened, I was not going to drive all the way back for two small items missing that were less than $5, as a manager I can barely pay my teammates at my company what people in the fast food industry are demanding per hour, and my team has much higher responsibilities with little to no room for error. Very disappointed.

The last four times my family of 5 ordered value meals from this location for dinner they have messed up the order completely by missing a burger or giving us the wrong sandwich example a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. Then when we call to tell them we are given a hard time (example) expecting to repay for the burger. After 6 years of going back and always having some sort of a problem we’ve had enough and will no longer go to this location on Randall road and are switching to McLean Blvd.

This store won’t let you get a mobile order thru the drive thru! They make you come inside to pick up…no curbside either. I have a knee injury and it’s difficult to walk. I can’t believe they changed to this policy! I can’t come back to this one although the chicken biscuit was great.

A got a double bacon jalapeno cheeseburger large fry medium drink 10-piece spicy nugget sandwich was super hot fries and nuggets were really good too. Still no dine-in but they were really nice and you can go inside to get your food and leave.

Typically pretty good. However, lately it seems as though they don’t know the difference between diet and regular coke. Now you may say what’s the big deal you’re eating fast food anyway? Imagine this, it isn’t about calories or a “diet”… some of us have a little thing called type 1 diabetes! So if we don’t know we are consuming the extra carbs so we can give the correct amount of insulin, we get to have a terrible day due to blood sugar being ridiculously high. Yall need to be better before you put someone in the hospital. Thanks
