truly the worst fast food establishment. i ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and got home to see there weren’t any nuggets. i go back and they tried to give me a six piece despite telling them i ordered a 10 piece. i decided to give them another try and came back another day and ordered a sprite. i was given a brown tinted drink and asked if it was sprite. the employee said “yeah but i don’t know why it looks like that”…. don’t waste your time or money here.

Went to drive through i ordered 1 spicy chicken meal and 3 regular chicken meals.i didn’t get a spicy chicken sandwich, all 4 were regular. My receipt shows I ordered a spicy chicken, and the lady at the drive through confirmed it as well. I was the only car in line at the time. Don’t understand why some fast food places have such a hard time getting orders right. Withvthat being said the food was hit and good.

I stopped by this Wendy’s for breakfast and my all time favorite is the Wendy’s chili with extra onions. I added homestyle french sticks, breakfast sandwich of egg and & sausage croissant that came with hot & spicy fries.
That was a great breakfast that carried me throughout the day.
The customer service was efficient, excellent and professional and the environment was very clean and peaceful to relax as I had my breakfast.
Good job and keep it up there … it was above and beyond service and thank you !

Got my brothers order wrong and did absolutely nothing to help. Communication was basically impossible because this lady mumbles, has an accent, and clearly does not care in any sense. She tried gaslighting him into thinking that she didn’t get his order wrong. There’s better food in the area anyway.

A got a double bacon jalapeno cheeseburger large fry medium drink 10-piece spicy nugget sandwich was super hot fries and nuggets were really good too. Still no dine-in but they were really nice and you can go inside to get your food and leave.

This messaging has been a core part of its brand identity since its founding in 1969, emphasizing that its burgers are not pre-cooked and held under heat lamps like those of some competitors. “
That is definitely not the case at the Wendy’s in Elgin on Randall Road by Menards. My chicken sandwich had hard crusty edges like I have been sitting. Iprobably cooked 20-30 minutes previously.
This location has no idea of the concept of what fresh HOT French fries means if I dine in I requested that they make fresh ones if I’m in the drive-through and I’ve already pulled away and I reached in my bag and my french fries are cold like oh well screwed over again.
Go back to the old day where the food was actually hot cooked freshly And isn’t the size of a white castle hamburger
