This location is AWESOME! Seriously was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food was prepared perfectly; I felt like I was actually eating the same Single with fries right out of a TV commercial or other advertisement. The taste was spot-on and, no hyperbole at all, was simply the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s, hands down. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were all well trained and knowledgeable about their different roles, and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience at not just a Wendy’s but at any fast food restaurant, period. I will DEFINITELY be making the trip to come back, even though it’s about 18 miles each way for me from my house it’s worth it. You should stop by and give them your business if you’re in the area – or not. As I said, it’s worth the trip for a restaurant that’s clean and welcoming, a friendly staff who are experienced and enjoy what they do, and for the food which will be perfect in every regard. A definite two thumbs up in my book and you can thank me later!

I ordered thru the drive thru. I paid cash. I had about $3 in coins (quarters and dimes). I noticed a car behind me. I gave the man the dollar bills and coins – he said “thank you”. I told him there was about.25 too much. He said “thank you” again. I told him I overpaid. Also, I never received a receipt. Then I drive out of the drive thru. I proceeded to call the manager. She was very apologetic and said she would speak to him.

This is a recently remodeled Wendy’s. Appears the place has been gutted from the inside and out. Dining room now has a very upscale appeal to it, and the Coca Cola Freestyle Machines also appear upgraded, which is a plus.
Ordered take out. Website is TERRIBLE – just beware. But lots of good rewards options and deals which is why it’s worth it.
Ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. Came with 4 pc. Chicken Nuggets, Jr. Cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. For $5, this is a STEAL. A lot of food! Food was also delicious.
Staff are friendly too.
Will be back! Glad this location is still around – a lot of the other ones in upper Chicagoland have closed.

I pulled through the drive through and the speaker box cut off. When I pulled up to the window, the employee just gestured at me and then ignored me. Very odd experience.

I tried ordering 2 sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches. they gave me 2 egg and cheese sandwiches. I used to work drive thru and I know that it’s really not that difficult to read back what the customer is trying to order. that’s literally the standard at every fast food place.

I just came in to get their mini frosty! I got the orange dreamsicle flavor, it really did taste like eating a dreamsicle ice cream bar! So if you need something quick and you’re close to a Wendy’s, go for it!

The manager working at 9pm on June 24 does not need to be holding that position acting the way she is attending customers and her associates. She had handed me the wrong drink and then when I just said “oh hey I think I got the wrong soda” she shook her head aggressively and took it back real mad and started almost punching the machine just because it wouldn’t click the buttons she was selecting and then she looked back to see if I was looking which I was , and I was like dang she does not need to be at work if she’s in that type of mood I had to even double check my receipt to make sure it wasn’t mine or the person that took my orders fault and it wasn’t it clearly stated the drink so it was on her for preparing the wrong one then the machine ran out of syrup halfway through and she opened the machine and threw the old box out and proceeded to slam the machine closed I’m surprised nothing broke or cups didn’t fly everywhere which were hanging above. Not acceptable, check you’re people especially being a manager.

Very small and not big on taste. I got 2 sandwiches and a large cold drink just under $12

Ordered breakfast on the mobile app. They don’t start making it until you get there so they don’t waste food per the lady working so they’re no point of ordering it ahead of time. Apparently they make one chicken sandwich at a time so we had to wait for the other one and didn’t have time to wait 5-6 mins hence reason we ordered ahead of time. They couldn’t cancel it either so was stuck paying for food I didn’t receive although they gave me a egg and cheese sandwich. The owner clearly doesn’t understand the point of the app. Won’t go back for breakfast
