I don’t understand how a computer can take a 100% accurate order, and the employees still don’t get the order right. This food is becoming ridiculously expensive. To order a double cheeseburger with no tomato, and then get a single burger, with mushiest tomato slice you can imagine is beyond frustrating.
Then you get charged for a large fry, to then be given a half filled container of absolute sadness.
Make it make sense to me. I will NEVER be back at this location. I literally feel like someone ripped $10 outta my pocket.

I do not want self service kiosks. I literally helped 2 older people that xoyldnt figure it out. Prices shouldn’t be going up if I have to enter my order, pour my oen drink. No napkins or condiments out…had to wait fir someone to come to the counter & ask. ABSURD. While the food wasvfresh & hot. Im done with Wendy’s. $35 for 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cokes & a Jr frosty…no thank you.

The New AI ordering system they are using and then verifying at the window is not customer friendly… I have use this drive-thru many times and I always have issues with the verification of my order. I think it is a people problem on interacting with the customer. The AI is getting better understanding my order. The problem is at the window, they need to have a screen that shows your order. I think that would fix the human issues.

Very little bacon or onion on my Bacon double cheeseburger (compared to my recent experience at the store in Crystal Lake-Cary). Only one ketchup dispenser working. Only one ice dispenser working. What’s so hard about keeping everything functioning? Having said all that, where else can you get a decent lunch for one person under $10.
