I want to understand why there’s designated delivery parking and a designated delivery pick up window. If when you walk up to it because it’s wide open, Can you get no acknowledgment other than them very rudely saying you can’t come here, You have to come inside with the order that I’m there to pick up in her hand. Don’t get me wrong I walked inside and got the order. I just want to understand why there’s a designated delivery window if delivery drivers can’t utilize it.

I just think it’s crazy that even if you order a large or medium drink they give a you a large amount of ice and the soda probably is the same portion as in a small. I didn’t take another picture but the same thing with the fries. I like to spend my money on stuff that’s worth it. I will not be going to this location again crazy that they give you small fries when you order large manager should be charged she isn’t training no workers right and the quality of this place is quickly going down

I don’t know why so many people are complaining !! You guys went through and most likely got a huge rush since it opened it’s been busy ! But the food is good and the staff there are young nice adults! Stop making feel like some one took a bite of your cookie it’s freezing out and the crumb that broke off is in the bag the reviews here insane ! I like it good stuff

Sir, this isn’t a Wendy’s.
Decided to try the new place as it’s closer to home than the other one, and amusingly directly across the street from where the Wendys used to be before it was closed down for reasons (easily searchable ones, should you care to).
They’ve been open for a few weeks but I figured they’d have the bugs worked out. Not quite. Made my first and last visit this weekend. Ordered online like I do for every Wendy’s I visit. Despite spending 10+ minutes in line after giving my info, order wasn’t ready and I was parked. Had 6 drinks but was told they don’t have drink holders. Another 10 minutes later was handed my food and was told it was all in the wrong bags (we had kids meals) but it was all there, sorry! Got home and of course was missing food. Didn’t bother to go back or call because, why? This place is barely functioning. I’d rather eat the loss (ha!) than try to get them to fix it.
Avoid this one. There’s 2 others in less than a 5 mile radius, both of which know actually how to serve customers. And, for what it’s worth, have a entrance/exit setup that makes sense. There’s a weird turn next to the drive through that makes you basically drive into incoming customers. Must be a real treat at lunch and dinner rush.

We went through the drive through and the time it took to get a frosty and large fries was around 30 mins. The line was not long at all but service was just slow. There were only 5 cars in front of us. I also ordered a vanilla frosty but they were out due to someone not pouring the vanilla in the machine. The worst is we paid and then they told us after they were out.

Ordered a sausage egg and swiss croissant online, arrived and was told they ran out of eggs. Switched to a maple bacon chicken croissant. Get home, and see that they must not have had bacon or croissants either, because I received a chicken patty on a hamburger bun.
