I can’t stand this place. my order is always wrong. Just read the screen. it’s not hard. I make mobile orders only. I’ve worked at several wendy’s and I know what those screens look like. It’s not hard to read. and they even have color corresponding highlights on removals and added items. Also, the wait time. I was the only car in the drive thru and I figured waiting 5 mins at the window would mean my order is correct. Again, it’s not hard to read. The picture shows the burger i ordered with no onion, pickle, or mustard. And obviously there is all three of those things.

Walked into the Wendy’s on Peterson Rd and 45 and the place smells bad, like an old dairy cow barn. I wanted to try their new chicken tenders and a Chili Cheese baked potato. I had second thoughts of leaving just because of the way the place smelled, however I stayed and ordered. The Chili Cheese baked potato tasted like the place smelled. I asked for a plain baked potato with butter and sour cream and returned the Chili Cheese baked potato. The server at the register was polite and the manager obliged the replacement. I was so worried I would get sick from just one bite of the chili cheese potato. My stomach is still aching. It’s only been an hour so I don’t know if I will eventually throw up or not, however even though the chicken tenders were good, I don’t think I will go there again due to the smell.

4/5 because most to all times I don’t always get what I ordered & when add extra toppings I don’t seem to get it despite paying extra for it.
Other than that, I love their food! Made and packaged well. Everything is at the right temperature! I absolutely love the strawberry lemonade, reg crispy nuggets, and the loaded backed potato! I’ve also gotten one of their biggie bags! We’ll worth the price and is tummy fulfilling!

On 3 separate occasions I ordered a Double patty Krabby patty and on all three occasions they gave me a single. On the second and third time I called the employees out but honestly screw this location. Get some employees that can read.

I’m sorry, Wendy’s has the worst service of any fast food burger venue and it’s not even close. Their gross inaccuracy spans many of their restaurants and pre-covid pandemic conditions. I ordered a triple baconator, 10pc nuggets, and chili. I received two burger patties and cheese no bacon. I received chilli with the lid barely on. I advise anyone still willing to dine at Wendy’s to check every part of your food before driving off, regardless of how long it takes in drive-thru.
