Went to Wendy’s a couple of nights ago late evening to try the new tenders that I had seen advertised they were burnt. I called and complained and Mark was very nice and I said come by. Let us make it up to you. I got some a little while ago it’s about 5 PM two days later and they’re delicious. I have to say very nice. Very good thunders And I’m happy and that they made it up to me. Nice job Mark thank you. I’ll be back.

Very cool of them to take my order through the drive through while I was on a bike so I can enjoy meal in front of the store where they have seating accommodations for dining there, there are places that you are able to lock up your bike. The food was as Wendy’s always is just great. If I’m ever within the area again and I’m craving Wendy’s. I know just though place to stop.

One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been too. Much of that is owed to the excellent service provided by Mark.
I come here pretty regularly for lunch and Mark knows my order before I even get to the register. All of the employees are friendly and you can tell they’re working hard to get food to people quickly. The dining area is always clean and even though I’m only here for about 30 minutes for lunch I almost always see someone tidying up when there isn’t a line.

Why does the schedule say the restaurant is open until 3:00 am on Saturday? I arrived at 2:15 am and was told they were closed.

Drive thru accuracy is horrible. Was not given fries with order. How hard is it to put 2 items in a bag?

Went through the Drive thru and got 2 pub fries with sides of beer cheese, both which spilled all out in the bag. Then, there was a hair in not one, but both pub fries. Half dark and half blonde like someone had bleached ombre hair. Now I don’t want to go on a scavenger hunt to find any more in the rest of our meal. Gross. I get it’s fast food, but you shouldn’t be going so fast that your hair is flying out into people’s meal.

Order the kids meal cheeseburger with apples and they got me a bag of french fries in the bag to charge me. No receipts call back. They were just very sorry about it.
