Family was traveling through and decided to stop here for food. Went inside because we’d been sitting in the car for to long. Waited at the counter for about 20 mins, with a line forming behind us, staff complaining in front of us and clearly ignoring us. My wife finally got the mangers attention and asked if they could get the line moving since they kept walking around in front of us ignoring us and she replied “that they are extremely short staffed and have to handle orders as they are before they can help anyone”. No apologize or anything, just walked away and kept doing what they were doing. Clear to say more than just us heard her because when we decided to leave majority of the line was already gone.
Very disappointed to see 6+ staff members walking around complaining in front of customers. Seeing a manager who won’t do anything about it and having to go somewhere else to get food quick because they clearly couldn’t.

Waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with no movement. Called the store to tell them they had a line. Cars Finally started moving. Took over 30 minutes in the drive through at 1015 pm. Would have gone to a different restaurant but tje only thing open was fast food. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no lettuce add cheese and got sauce, tomato, cheese, and the most pitiful piece of lettuce. No meat on my grilled chicken at all. I was very disappointed after a long day of traveling and being starving.

The cashier was so friendly and personable! My husband and I both ordered burgers and we split a side of fries. I specifically asked for hot, fresh fries with no salt. Our meal was an absolute disgrace! The burgers were cold and the fries must have been sitting out for a long time! They were cold and salty. The restaurant itself was filthy. Dirty tables and floors. In my humble opinion, this restaurant needs to be closed and remain closed until it is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom!

I am a huge Wendy’s lover but I have been recently disappointed in the service. I wait for 15 minutes for a free mini frosty. This lady in a blue sweater said it would right out. As I am about done waiting I see this chick put her elbows on a counter instead OF MAKING MY FROSTY! I’m so sick of these disgusting people. Like come on chick do your job. I’m not mad just disappointed. Hope it’s better in the future. (P.S. never got my frosty)
