Came inside at 330pm and only had 30 minutes to eat. Only one other person in the lobby and a couple cars in drive thru. Took them 20 minutes to give us our food. My daughter’s cheeseburger was cold. Missed my dentist appointment that was literally 30 seconds away. I guess if you want food fast, go through the drive thru because they don’t care about the lobby.

They gave my wife the wrong soda in the drive thru. orange coke instead daves orange cream soda. When she said that was not daves orange cream soda they told he “that is daves orange cream soda.” And refused to fix it. Then when she dropped off my food it was not even the right food. Which is not the upsetting part. It was that clear as day not the right drink and they told her she was wrong and to move on. They look nothing alike.

Service was good but I had the worse hamburger I have ever had at Wendy’s. It was small like a slider size and very dried out. I also bought a medium strawberry frosty and it was very runny. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.

POST RENOVATION UPDATE: the new renovation good. But it look bland and so boring now. The new seats are so uncomfortable.
UPDATE: I’ve come here a couple of times and every single time they leave the tomato on the sandwich. LOL!

I love the baconator but it’s also nice to get my pup a couple delicious cheeseburger patties. Service was very warm at the drive thru and the fries were delicious.

Stood at counter waiting to order and had 4 workers including the manager walk by and never say a word. Not someone will be right with you, sorry for the wait , or can I help you. Looked me right in the eyes too and walked by several times without a word. Eventually just walked out. This used to be one of the better Wendy’s. Not sure what happened. Customer service is terrible here.

My biggest complaint about most fast-food places is their fries are rarely hot and fresh. With Wendy’s, it’s rare to get cold fries. They are on top of their game. Try the Dave’s Double or Chicken Club Asiago. Good stuff
