On August 8th 2024 at about 6pm we went through the drive-thru. I’ve always ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich since I was a child, just my favorite sandwich. This was probably the best one I’ve been served, however, half way through I bit into something that was a bit squishy and was just the wrong texture. Upon closer inspection the chicken was raw throughout about half the sandwich. I attempted to call but no answer and the mailbox is full.

Very kind and courteous. Went through drive thru about 7:00 on a Thursday night. Everything went well, but they forgot part of our order. My husband didn’t wanna go back through to get it so we just went without. I wanted my cheese fries.

Came threw drive threw about 10:15 pm ordered 2 chicken sandwich 20 nuggets daves double and 2 plain burgers, we were asked to pull forward waiting for fresh fries. 5 min drive home sat down half the nuggets were spicy and obviously 45 min to a hour old the others were fresher. One chicken sandwich was so so the other was very fresh. Burgers were good.

Order was old to begin with. Wasn’t all there. Had to go back just for butter and wasn’t given forks or anything to eat the potato with. It was old and hard as a rock. Burger was so old my shoe was softer than the meat.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here this morning and order a number 10 (French toast) and a number 8 (sausage, egg, and cheese muffin). We had left and I realized we never got my way flush muffin sandwich, so I called because we also never got a receipt. They answered said hello and then hung up on me, so I went back to the store and walked in and explained what happened. They looked annoyed that I asked them to make my sandwich they forgot. They remade it incorrect and so I asked them if they could make it the right way and they were very rude about it. This is getting out of hand, I go there very often and my food is always forgotten or messed up and they’re always so rude about it. This was my last time going there again.
