I hardly visit Wendy’s anymore as the quality has really gone done while the prices have disproportionately climbed. My most recent experience did not improve my opinion. I ordered a $5 biggie bag with a jr. bacon cheeseburger and no tomato. Upon my first bite I noticed that not only had they also left off the Bacon, but the buger was still raw. I went back through the drive thru and told the cashier. She simply said, “oh, our grill does that sometimes.” No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. She gave me a new one and that was thankfully fully cooked and had Bacon, but I doubt I’ll return anytime soon to give them another chance.

The person at the counter didn’t understand what we were saying because they didn’t speak English clearly.
I then watched in horror as every employee waltzed around slowly while no communication happened. Not only did they get my order wrong but it took them an extra 15 minutes to assemble the order even though it was right in front of us on the counter.
By that point, my fries were soggy and cold.

Also noticed a sickly sweet smell from the drink dispenser. Realized it was extremely dirty.
When I went to the bathroom, it was also extremely dirty.

1 star because the manager was stomping around and aggressively berrating the staff in full, open view of the customers.

While it took almost 20 minutes to get, tbe food was good! And the cashier was very kind and patient while we decided our order.

Dear manager, your staff deserve understanding and leadership. Not belittling and scolding.

This place needs a wake up call. There is zero quality control. My food wasn’t at all what I ordered. This exact same order I tried a few days ago (+girlfriend’s food added), and exact same wrong food. TWICE IN THE SAME WEEK?! Wake up and get it together! *see photos attached*

What an absolutely awful experience. I ordered food for 4 people and wanted to try the new boneless wings. Food was cooked at a good time but I had to ask them for the rest of my food because they forgot one of the menu items. Instead they then immediately knew how much time it needed, looking back to confirm. Not an apology or anything. Every time i interacted with the employee it felt like i was a drain on them or a burden for simply coming in to order. I’m not expecting them to roll out the red carpet, but scowling and huffing ain’t what i’m looking for.

When I got back to the hotel i found out the food was horrible. The “boneless wings” i ordered were just the chicken nuggets with a slight drizzle of sauce. I have joked that boneless wings are just adult chicken nuggets but you guys took that literally. There was no warning either from the staff that they were out of the chicken for the wings. I could have just taken a 10 piece nugget meal and done the same thing with a bottle of buffalo sauce.

the chicken breast for the sandwich was tough, either cooked wrong or old.

First of all we pull up to go inside and eat. Manager and employee standing outside smoking! She proceeds to come inside and go right to preparing orders! No hand washing or anything! Boy the health department could have a field day here! She’s an older blonde lady with glasses! Then she’s super rude to her staff! Why would anyone want to work here!?

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Me and my husband went to get food today 9-28-2025 and not only was the employee VERY rude but the manager was EXTREMELY rude!!! We asked for a refund because we didn’t even want to give them our money anymore after that and THE MANAGER tried to hold my husbands debit card and wouldn’t give it back until I said something!!!!! This Wendy’s is ABSOLUTE trash and the manager needs to be fired!!!!! He don’t care about how he treats customers and that’s why he hiring employees who disrespect customers!!!! All because we asked for something extra which was ONLY a cup of ice water for our son!!!!!

One of the most disgusting fast food experiences I have had lately. Not only were the employees incredibly rude at the window, but once I had driven away and had the opportunity to bite into my chicken sandwich, I discovered it was completely raw in the middle – not only disgusting, but a huge health & safety concern.

I ordered online and went throught the drive-thru to get my food. When I told them I was there for my mobile order and the name the mobile order was under, they told me that they didnt have any mobile orders and that i should make sure I was at the right address. So I checked the address, which was correct, and went inside to show them my confirmed and paid for order. When I walked inside, the drive thru lady was coughing on the fries as she was putting them into the cartons. When I showed the cashier and then the drive-thru lady that I was at the right location and that my food had been confirmed and paid for-they continued to tell me they wouldn’t give me my food and that they didn’t and haven’t had any mobile orders. It was only when my boyfriend stepped in and started saying the exact same thing I had been trying to tell them, did the drive-thru lady magically produce my completed order and attached receipt from the back along with my melted frosty.
