Wow, such a crazy busy place for opening day, even at 8:00pm, but it was worth staying in line for 30 minutes though! Ordering was simple enough and the food was good, pretty much the standard fast food experience but with the Wendy’s touch. Fries are excellent, Burger was delicious, I’m sure we’ll be back again.

I went here twice today, for breakfast and lunch, and neither time did I get the food I ordered. I ordered a sausage egg cheese sandwich on a croissant, and I got a bacon egg cheese on a muffin and biscuits and gravy. Went back for lunch and ordered a Dave’s double cheese meal, and got a chicken sandwich. The drive thru was packed at lunch time so I’m sure everyone in that line got the wrong order. Can we not just take a few seconds to make sure the food you’re handing the customer is actually what they ordered??

Was there 10 minutes before 12. Only 2 ppl ahead of us, ordered on kiosk.
Kids meal & a cheeseburger, nothing complicated!! Paid CASH!!At 12:20, after 3 other walk ins came in ordered & received their orders, went up & asked about our order number. Asked about ready, she couldn’t find it but said “it can be”! Well waited another 5 minutes, didn’t look like she was working on it so left. You’re welcome Wendy’s for the nice $10 tip today. Probably will never return!!!!! Be better!

Their food is nice, but they’ve messed up my order a lot. I’ve ordered 2 junior hamburgers a couple times, and a lot of the times they had cheese. I’ve asked for no cheese so many times. Its getting really tiring at this time. The good part i suppose is that the workers are kind about it and give me the right order back without asking for more money.

Not a great experience with ordering a mobile order online for pickup. I tried to switch it to pick up inside from drive through. The day manager on duty said she was too busy to switch it and that I would need to go around the drive through and then come back in with my food if I wanted to eat inside. I said I’ll just go to Taco Bell instead and to please cancel the order. She said she was too busy and couldn’t even cancel the order. Their priority seems to be only the drive through now days. I tried calling into customer service and they said only the store can cancel and sent the request back to the store.

It was crazy busy here, but it didn’t take long to get our food. We ordered for 6 people, 2 being children. Food was fresh, quality was great and excellent customer service!! I love being able to order on the tablet and pickup at the counter when it’s ready.

I ordered a ten piece nugget with fries and a medium frosty and the frosty was soupy, no straw or spoon, they also gave me a small instead of a medium. I also got only 8 nuggets and the wait time in the drive thru was about 25 minutes and there wasn’t even any napkins. Definitely not going back
