The service was terrible, I was the first person in line and they had told me to pull up to the second window to wait for my food so I did. 45 minutes goes by and 5-6 cars behind me get there food and drinks, so I make the decision to pull around back to the microphone and speak to them I ask them where my order is and the woman asks me what I ordered I repeat my order and she said they were just waiting on the nuggets, they finally have my order done and give it to me. They claimed that they were waiting for my nuggets to finish but they were all stale when I got them, my burger and fries were soggy as well.

I got the chili and I just want some consistency in beef to beans. Some nights it’s perfect (70% beef/30% beans) last night was 95% beans/ 5% beef ((not exaggerating). If I wanted bean soup, I would go get Chinese cuisine that doesn’t include beans. Please make your chili consistent. I enjoy it when it’s consistent, otherwise I don’t give your business any attention for at least two months.

They served me RAW chicken! I HAD DIARRHEA FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT!! When I emailed them about it they tried to play it off as if “no big deal we just forgot the pickle”. I asked them for assurances that this won’t happen in the future; and they ghosted me. My doctors performed tests and found the norovirus. Look it up, that means their kitchen is contaminated because their employees are sick and don’t wash their hands. Do not go here unless you want to get sick! Negative 5 Stars, gross!

THREE times we had to go back around three times and our order was still not correct! Each time we had to re wait in line! I had called the store and the lady at the window hung up on me and said “we are busy”. I still waited each time in hopes of them getting it right! This lady was beyond disrespectful, unprofessional she was definitely making her co workers extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I would really appreciate some sort of call from management.

They have absolutely no service at all. We went through to order 2 nugget meals and a small chili and waited 10 minutes in line for them to lose our order and when we finally left they forgot our chili. So we called and asked if instead of waiting in line they could have someone run it out to us and the manager on duty just said they were busy and hung up on us and gave us a nasty look when we got to the window. Then when we finally got out chili and left we realized the 10 piece they gave us was actually a 6 piece and not even spicy. So we went through again and waited in a backed up 5 car line just for them to tell us they weren’t going to give us a refund unless we “returned” all the food. The night time manager has to be one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever seen cause she preceded to talk shit about us and explicitly say she was not going to refund us. Absolutely ridiculous we left without the food we paid for, 45 minutes lost, and disrespectful comments. Eat at any other wendys ITS WORTH THE TRIP.

We ate in. Very large, homey and clean! Nice environment. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Food was hot and yummy (per usual). Frosty was cold!

Food is good(When you can actually get it.) Service is absolutely abysmal. Been multiple occasions I’ve tried to go here during lunch and ending up having to just leave without getting food because I hadn’t even gotten to the counter within half an hour. Just tried going through the drive thru tonight. After sitting in the lane for 10 minutes, they just shut off the menu board, and said they were closed. There were 3 cars already at the window getting food. Me and one other car were in the same line when we got there. They just kept us waiting at the sign until it was time to close so they didn’t have to serve us. Real great way to treat your customers.

Picked up my girlfriends online order at about 12:50 today and both her burgers were raw and she’s pregnant so she called and replaced her food we didn’t check it and got home and once again one of the burgers were raw

Fries were cold and over done. Chicken sandwich wasn’t good either. I haven’t tried the cinnamon rolls dessert thing yet.For the money i paid for delivery and food isn’t worth it.
