Extremely unprofessional!!!! I placed an order through the drive thru I asked for it to be fresh and I can wait( it was not it!!!! tasted like it was re fired and I didn’t even get to park so that adds up) I got 2 spicy sandwich combo and one just the sandwich. Mind you I can’t even eat bacon they add bacon and cheese never even asked for it. Now I drove already 20 minutes to get the food and now I went back because of one sandwich. When I get there the lobby door is only open from the outside and they got sign on the second door saying go thru the drive thru. So I went and when I got to the window I gave her the sandwich and she go show the assistant manager and comes back to tell me they can’t do refund on ONLY one sandwich that’s ridiculous. And I would have to return the next day to talk to general manager. And I said let me get my receipt they declined and kept going back and forth shutting the window in my face multiple times. End the story they called the cops because they can’t help customer out for their mistake but would rather call the cop and lose costumer. So if you think going there please rethink I would recommend you going off somewhere else than this horrible disgusting place with no training or good customer service!!!!!! If I could give this place -5 I would they don’t even deserve one star.

If I could give 0 stars I would, our experience with the service at this location was extremely poor. The staff were rude and dismissive, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the interaction.
When we arrived, all of the building’s doors were locked. The wait in the drive-thru was over 40 minutes. Once we finally got to the Drive thru window, staff tried to try to give us food that had already been handed into another customers vehicle which we observed them take back and then attempted to give it to us. Which raised serious food safety concerns. When we asked for the food to be remade, they refused. We then requested a refund, which was also refused, and then the staff escalated and began screaming and swearing at us. This experience was unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a major food chain. Based on our visit, I do not recommend spending your time, money, or risking your health here.

Though this location has vastly improved on its speed of service from a couple of years ago it continues to fall short. When I came in there were 2 cars in the drive thru that both appeared to have small orders. I got a single meal. The worker wasn’t rude, but was also not particularly friendly. To my dismay nearly every table in the dining room was dirty, crumbs and soda rings/spills everywhere. The food was edible, but not very enjoyable. The burger was kind of dry and on the old side, I could tell it had been “warming” for awhile. Several of my fries were soggy and a couple undercooked. In the 30 minutes I spent in the restaurant only 1 other car came to order. Not one of the 4 employees came out to clean tables, sweep, or check the almost full garbage! They all went somewhere in back and I only saw them when the one order came in, and 1 as she clocked out to go home. This is why it’s almost never busy here anymore!

It was very convenient to go to Wendy’s since it’s nearby. The food was good, the service was fast and the place was well taken care of. The kids loved the kids’ meals. Since it came with a toy. There weren’t many people in when we got there. TV was installed and turned on on both sides of the wall for kids to watch.

Just wow, drive thru was slow today on a 5 car deep rush (what kind of manager struggles with that little of a rush?) – I finally get my order and realized I got a wrong item so I head in, door is locked but they saw me so I knock and motion for someone to come over

Explain my spiel and the manager will say brb, mind you it’s freezing cold in that foyer and it’s -5 out, and when I asked the manager Andersen if I could wait inside, he refused saying he’s short staffed – which simply didn’t make sense and seemed like he was retaliating for me just bringing up a bad order – what a immature and immoral guy

Service is always ridiculously slow here and you’d figure for how slow it is they would at least get the order right. Last time I was missing 2 things and the time before that I ordered a meal and they gave me just the burger and said I didn’t order a meal, then looked again and said sorry and took it back. If it’s going to take a long time to order, then a long time to get the food, at least get the order right. It’s worth the drive to a different Wendy’s personally.

I came early at 11 am
No waiting in line restaurant was clean. Bathrooms clean and stocked. The order taker took my ordered. Offered me an extra nugget sauce to try. It was some sort of chili sauce. It was good.

It was just okay. I remember Wendy’s having bigger portion sizes and the food tasting better. Not really the fault of the employees that the company wants to cheap out.

This is the most ridiculous Wendy’s ever. Half the time, the store is closed except drive through. If you order it from door dash, they will make you wait 30 minutes and then reroute your order to another store. I like Wendy’s food. But stay away from this location!

UPDATE: 2 months later…I made the mistake of coming back. It’s hard to read in the picture but on that back wall it says “overall satisfaction 56%” WOW almost half your customers leave here unsatisfied!!
And that hazy blonde from my previous review was amazingly still there. Getting moved from her position this time for going too slow.
Sitting here waiting patiently in a busy restaurant realizing there a notice on the board in the back of the restaurant near there office “customer satisfaction 67%”… You wonder why 33% are unsatisfied?? Maybe because it’s fast food and it takes 30 minutes to get your order taken and food put on a tray and then when you finally get it the bacon is burnt crispy on your fries and the cashier is standing there lost in a hazy blonde stare like a deer caught in the headlights.
