Everything about the last two experiences i had here were absolutely atrocious i will NEVER be coming here again. The lady said ‘gimme a minute’ the second we got to the window and we then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before deciding to just leave. And then today when we went we waited for about 3 min before the lady even said anything then she proceeded to again say ‘gimme a minute’ and take another 5 and she kept repeating the wrong order back to us so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times unnecessarily and when we got to the window she gave us the wrong order entirely, didn’t give us any straws and she ripped our receipt completely so i can’t even tell what she rang up on the machine she very well could’ve rang it up correctly and we paid for thing we did not get. -5/10 experience, your workers need to be reevaluated on weather or not they should actually have been hired at all.

I wouldn’t stop at this Wendy’s ever again. I had to use the restroom
Before I was going to go order my son dinner, and went into the bathroom to an open paper towel door, mice poop in the paper towel area, doesn’t look clean. Paper towels on the ground, went to use the toilet wash when flushed, tampons overflown on the ground. Definitely isn’t upkept. Wonder if the female employees even wash their hands or the employees in general know how to clean their bathroom.

They checked with me multiple times while I was ordering my Son of the baconator!… if I wanted Mayo on my burger.. I replied with no just ketchup and one without ketchup no mayo. I proceeded to get my meal drive home and check my order boom mayo and ketchup on both + only a single piece of bacon?

Waited forever in the drive thru, was told they were out of ranch (how does a fast food place run out of ranch?), was not told my total at the microphone or at the window, the lady just took my card and then gave it back with my food. Didn’t get a receipt, and the chicken tenders I got were not fresh at all, they were warm but rubbery and over-cooked. Yikes.

This wendy’s is atrocious. Never had a worst experience in my life. First off, i went through the drive through waited 10 minutes to have my order taken, there were no other cars in the drive through. After saying “hello” she rudely replied “just give me a minute.” In my opinion that is no way to treat a paying customer. My experience only got worse, I paid at the window and the lady had no idea what I ordered. I tried to ask her for my drinks/frosty’s and she looked me dead in the eye and said “no.” she spoke zero english at all. she should not be in a customer service window. This work establishment is highly unprofessional. I definitely think they need some training as well as a refresher on how to treat customers. Shameful.

The gentleman in the drive through legitimately threatened me and told me he was trying to go home so he couldn’t accommodate my request for a large fry. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Management doesn’t speak any English, so she literally just let her employee threaten me in the drive through and did nothing about it… Is this real life? Yall should be ashamed and both should be fired. Calling management tomorrow

We didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t do your complaint app . The were unfriendly hard to understand . The restaurant was like an oven in there it was so hot . My husbands chili was barely warm . My potato was Luke warm cheese was barely melted . My bacon cheese burger the cheese wasn’t melted at all .

I don’t know if Wendy’s is a corporate or franchise but this location needs serious help the other night I ordered a large chili and two chives and sour cream baked potatoes, the chili tasted like perfume or chemicals and the potato was cardboard like. I had already gotten home with the food when I realized it so I called and they said I had to bring the food back so they can smell it or decide for themselves with the issue was. As if they were going to make a decision then if I would get a refund or not take your business elsewhere that’s what I’m doing this place is run very very poorly. Also today when I was there to get the refund a girl was working the register with super super long braids and she was flinging them all over the place it was really gross. Touching food then money then food and back and forth between both.

order took FOREVER and then proceeded to put all the wrong toppings and none of the right ones on two burgers. the receipt with the order is little right there. why go deliberately out of the way to ruin someone’s night.
