Food ice cold yet again, frosty made wrong, missing items again. This is the worst location I have ever ordered from maybe it’s time to call Osha. Can’t feed my 1 yr old her nuggets when they are not kept to temp. I live across the street from this location and there is no reason they can’t make fresh food for each person.

Ordered a chocolate frosty and got vanilla. Manager said chocolate machine was broke. They should tell the customer this when ordering. Would they give a chicken sandwich to someone who ordered a burger? Also, pretty sure they are stealing. Why is my order exactly $5 when paying cash at this location but not at others.

Ordering took about 10 minutes once I got to the cash register due to communication issues. Even after ordering it was incorrect. Initially the manager did not want to give a refund but again after a 10-minute conversation, she understood that I didn’t actually order one of the meals and I was refunded. They mentioned not being able to refund me due to the cameras watching in the restaurant which seemed very strange. While I was ultimately refunded it was very difficult to manage with my family there as well. Unfortunately even after that the food took quite some time and was okay but not hot. Haven’t had this problem at a Wendy’s in the past. Hopefully it was just a bad day/not the normal.

Come on, Plymouth Wendy’s!? I ordered a cold foam mocha beverage and was handed a drink with an extremely disgusting lid. The lid was covered in grime and splatter. I’m supposed to put my lips on this? This location needs an immediate audit. Unacceptable.

I’m usually generous with reviews, but this place just isn’t the same anymore…. Had to share. Burgers from Wendy’s used to be great, craved, ate 2-3 per week but now they’re constantly dry, overcooked and overpriced.
Bummer to rate 3/5 but it’s been going downhill for years.
Only reason I still come is for Frosty fixes, those are solid. Vanilla and chocolate are reliable, seasonal ones look good too. Be ready to hit the Frosty quickly… sometimes they aren’t as thick as they’re supposed to be and melt very fast!
Fries are hit or miss, great when fresh and hot.
Bottom line: for a decent burger there’s better spots around, especially with what Wendy’s charges these days. You’re well aware of the fresh burger options out there. But for a Frosty craving it’ll do the job. Just wish it was like it used to be.
Review is basically about the burgers and Frosty – I’m sure they have other great items too.

Awful today!! I went last week and it was the best biscuit and gravy. Today…another story.
1st I was the only customer in drive through i sat for 4 minutes before anyone came in to take my order. Got my food and the biscuit is hard and the gravy was cold and tasted old. Not even worth warming up! I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to a different Wendy’s
