Open 24 hours a day! The lobby closes at 10, but the drive-thru is always open! I went through a little after 10pm. Long line. The line moved very quickly, and my chicken and fries were fresh and hot. No reheating- fresh. Tasty, too! The staff was friendly.

At this location I found strong WiFi, quick service, really tasty food: the burger was clearly put together with care and I enjoyed hot, fresh fries alongside a trip down memory lane with a fruit punch to drink. Ketchup pumps were charged, and per an earlier review the thermostat had been raised so I was comfortable coming in from a warm evening.

Wow!! Just like most fast food places, the burgers are tiny and the prices are big. The burger was the same size as a white castle slider. I’m very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant wasn’t very busy which was nice. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, the order was completely screwed up, and items were forgotten. When notified of the issues the staff was apologetic and quick to correct the issues.

Drive thru representative didn’t get the order correct, and breakfast was like warm. English muffin was barely toasted and potatoes were approaching cold. Overall the experience was mediocre at best.

Went to pick up my mobile order and was told that they did not receive my mobile order. I then showed them my mobile order on my app which showed the Oder and the location at Lyndale, the manager still didn’t believe me which I then showed my email receipt which after she gave me a dirty look and proceeded to tell her team to make my order in Spanish. Half the team don’t speak English which makes it even more frustrating to communicate. Overall this location has bad customer service, team has no clue on how to use the register and team can barely speak English so communication is not there. Also when the customer is right don’t give them a dirty look because the customer made you look dumb, hire competent people Wendy’s especially at this location at Lyndale in Bloomington.
