The waiting time at this Wendy’s during night hours is extremely long—almost always 40 minutes to over an hour in the drive-thru. On top of that, the staff does not properly verify delivery drivers before handing out orders. Multiple times I’ve been told that my order was “already picked up,” which creates problems for drivers and customers. This shows a lack of basic process and training. Management really needs to address both staffing and order verification.

Wow the drive thru is SLOW. Food is what you would expect. Service has degraded globally and evident at this location.
Seems a little neglected – physically and managerially. A Wendy’s “Ted Lasso” would be amazing. Likely a business choice to eek by with a small profit instead of invest, excel, turn customers, and stack cash.

Never thought I’d be reviewing a fast food place, but I’ve never met a ruder customer service person in my life. Gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t open the drive thru window for 3 minutes. I’m sure she must’ve just been having a bad night, but still. Rubbing her bad vibes off on me.

Impressive! Forget what you think you know about the Northside Businesses! So, I was one of the 1st lunch customers today. My coworkers wanted Wendy’s. This particular store was the closest option. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who was outside picking up trash! So often, restaurants neglect the outside of their business. Not this location and the gentleman was sincere and a nice guy. Then I walked in and was greeted again. I ordered a salad, a ghost peper chicken combo, and a 5 dollar sack. (No more 4 for 4 lol) The food was hot and fresh and neat. Not just thrown in the bag. The fries hot fresh and cooked in clean oil! The restaurant is spotless! I have never been inside a Wendy’s that was cleaner, and unfortunately, I have been to many Wendy’s . This was a weekday and it was lunchtime. So if you are in the area and craving some Wendy’s or just some fresh food prepared it worth going here! And if you have friends that prefer Taco bell they share the same lot!

Our food was *cold* cold, not like, lukewarm-been-sitting-out kind of cold. In addition to that, items we requested were not provided and other items that we did not request then appeared (both in the bag and on the receipt). And to top it off, the restaurant lobby was closed so I could not easily approach the counter to rectify these issues… (or use the restroom.)

We decided to try the Takis meal. We were about third in line and it took about 20 minutes for us to leave with our food. They forgot our takis (could’ve at least said they don’t have it) the sandwich looked nasty and was very dry. Only okay thing were the fries. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

Charged me for the wrong order, and then refused to refund the incorrect order to my card, which I find highly suspicious and quite annoying even if true. They did refund me cash, but I find this unacceptable and was given no alternative.

We ordered through the drive trough service and when we got our order it was all wrong we went back and as we were waiting to get the correct stuff many others were walking in bringing back there food orders because they were also wrong. This was the worst experience ever at a Wendy’s. Really bad service.

Got our order wrong because they didn’t know how to speak English, wish I knew how to talk in diff languages, But the food we did get was okay. Longest line I’ve ever been in for drive through… But hey must be doing something right if this many ppl hit this spot…
