I always go through the drive thru at this location but I had free time to go inside. I got the 4/$4 Jr. Cheeseburger, value fries, 4 nuggets, and upgraded to Medium drink. I was excited they had the freestyle machine so I could have cherry gingerale but it tasted majority like syrup. Unfortunately my food must have been already made because it was not fresh or hot. I guess you get what you pay for.

Yesterday I got a single bacon cheesy burger and a medium girl scout fusion guy told me $13 something did not get a drink or frys I said so it $6 for the burger and $6 for the malt? Not doing that again lower your prices some maybe I’ll come back

I get one or two times, but getting my order wrong 4 consecutive times in a row is a bit much. Not to mention taking nearly 30 minutes in line to get our food and being offered drugs by someone outside who seemed to be giving the manager a cut in exchange for not calling the police. Would not recommend.

Highly do not recommend coming here. I asked a simple question and got yelled at, pulled up to the window, gave them my $50 bill and the Hispanic man (who barely spoke English) snatched the money out of my hand so recklessly that my son even noticed and asked me why did he do that. (He’s 8 years old and obviously sits in the back seat on a booster). When I told him not to snatch out of my hand he threw the money back at me, closed the window, & all of the workers started taunting me behind the window. A lady came up, and also started to accuse me of horrible false things. This all happened at 9:30 PM, with my son & 3 year old puppy in the back seat.

Not the best Wendy’s you will ever come across… the location makes it a bit challenging, with more than a few bums and homeless hanging around the area. Food is inconsistent, and the location just has a dirty feel to it. A make-over would be helpful.
Update 3/12/19: Remodeled and it’s much cleaner and nicer. Good food, friendly service and staff.

Heaven Sent
The mexican workers weren’t very nice and came across kind of rude. I was very kind to them but they ignored that completely and still showed a lack of good customer service. They gave me barely any toppings on my bacon burger & the fries were cold. They used to have the medium sized frosties for a dollar now they’re like $2. Also what happened to the dollar menu? They don’t have it anymore and everything else costs almost an arm & a leg. Alot of us in this area are on low income but they sure like to charge high prices on everything.

Whenever I’ve had a hard day, I am so tempted to stop by Wendy’s for a large fry and a frosty. When I used to eat meat, I adored their spicy chicken sandwiches. There isn’t much that this combo can’t solve. Is it nutritious? No. Is it environmentally sustainable? Absolutely not. And yet, it’s such a satisfying occasional treat. A guilty pressure if you will.
