Service at 6pm on a Tuesday was less than stellar. We waited at the counter to order for five minutes while the understaffed crew were busy with the drive thru. The manager came in with a bag from Target, ran to the back with it, then came back and took our order.
The food was good, though the bland and bare dining room felt more like eating in some sort of institutional setting. It seems like they want to discourage people from dining in.

I’ve lived in town for 6 years and have kids, so when we come through Wendy’s we usually have a pretty big order. It’s not super frequent, but every time we go, this location is reliable.
It’s fast food, so you know what you’re signing up for, but this team consistently gets it right. The food is fresh, the orders are accurate, and the service is efficient.
You can always tell when Rob is on drive through because he has a voice that sounds like it belongs on the radio or announcing a sports game. It makes the experience fun and memorable. The staff is diverse and friendly, and the same two managers have been there consistently running a tight ship.
Rob deserves a raise. This location does fast food the right way.

Ordered from Uber Eats yesterday. Attention to detail was terrible. No straws or spoons. Chicken sandwich was good. Bacon double was smashed and not easy to eat. When someone is spending $60 to have 2 combos and 2 frosty’s delivered more is expected at the restaurant to set the driver up to succeed and the customer happy.

Was great service was very good food was great and the menu selection was awesome great first time experience and the mint frosty was excellent had the baconator combo and left with a full stomach will never go back to McDonald’s after having a real burger from a fast food place.

It’s been a few years since we have dined in at Wendy’s so I was pleasantly surprised to see they have renovated their dining room. I love the 100# flavors soda pop machine- just like the movies theaters. It’s all a nice update. I only have them a three for service since they don’t give out receipts because it’s broken. The person taking our order was not very pleasant and even forgot to give us our cups. Overall, it was still the good Wendy’s food we are familiar with.

I’ve never been inside the Wendy’s in Maple Grove, but I’ve been through the drive-thru two dozen times at all hours of the day, but usually late evening 9-11pm. Service is always perfect, food is always good as expected and never received a wrong item.

Ordered from the drive thrifty and was given my bags and assured it was all correct. Got home (Buffalo) and came to find out I was missing an entire meal!!! Why is it so hard to double check before you hand your customers their order!!!

The manager was very fussy about my situation. I told her I was at unable to come inside because of my injuries she still refused to address my concerns. Unprofessional building! The situation began with staff charging both of my cards. They refused to give me a receipt and the employee that took my cards kept one of them for an extended period of time. Disappearing in the back only to come back, NO CARD. I come back to speak with the manager, she is worst than the workers. I will be back at that building at 5pm today. I will get my money back.

The cashier was cool. I got a bacon burger i didnt want or ask for cause i dont wat pork. I was over charged. I gave them a coupon for 1.99 kids meal and i got a double stack biggie bag. That was $17 even with the coupon. Im pissed. I wasnt guven a reciept but i think they now do this on purpose. The phone number they gave on here doesn’t ring. There is no customer service number. WENDY’S IS JUST OUT HERE FLAT OUT STEALING from customers!
