Stopped in today and stood in the lobby for about five minutes waiting to place an order. Another customer had to ask multiple times for basic items because the ketchup station was empty and the napkin dispenser was also empty.
After assisting him, the employee never acknowledged me, greeted me, or took my order despite me standing at the counter the entire time. No “hello,” no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing.
I eventually left without ordering. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service and stocked essentials should be standard. A simple greeting would have made a big difference.

Sat in the drive through for almost 10 minutes and nobody showed up to take my order. Drove around and went inside and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while I watched the employees continuously glance at me and continue to flirt with eachother. Finally left after 15 minutes at a “fast food” establishment. Will not be returning.

Visited 03/22/25 between 9:15pm-9:45pm. When ordering we could not hear well through the speaker. It kept cutting out and sounded really far away. We weren’t upset or anything when pulling up we were respectful and paid for our order. The young women who brought my card back gave me attitude and a dirty look when I said thank you. She didn’t give me my receipt either.(Or I would have filled out the survey instead) When I got home my order of fry looked like this. I believe the attitude and putting a smaller order of fries in a larger container to short someone on their order was done out of spite for some reason. I wasn’t rude I said thank you. I’m confused because it’s not my fault I couldn’t hear, so all of the passive aggressiveness was unnecessary.

Thought this was a fast-food place; guess it’s not.
My family and I usually come to this location because it’s the closest to home, but now we are seriously considering driving further for better service. The service at this location is very slow! The employees seem to be constantly distracted, whether by being on the phone, talking amongst themselves, or simply sitting down and not attending to work or customers. The people there are decent, neither rude nor kind. Yes, they sometimes give attitude. When you are ordering, – ! The number of times they have forgotten something from our order is disappointing. The fries sometimes are very salty, and the patty of my burger was salty as well. Additionally, there appears to be a language barrier. As a Hispanic myself, I will say that sometimes they don’t understand what you are saying, but more often, it seems they are not paying close attention because they are distracted. Overall I don’t recommend this location, and if I could, I would give them 0 stars. All employees act lazy and they seem to not care about their job. Which is fine if you don’t like your job, but you still need to give a good service. Don’t ever come to this place unless you want to wait and have poorly made food or service.

Good grief. What a disaster of a visit. Pulled up to the drive through, I needed to correct the guy like 5+ times just to submit the order. There were two people ahead of me, which want a big deal really even though it took a while. I pull up and right away he asks me what the drinks were again…. I tell him. Pay. Then….. We wait. The first 5 minutes smelled super strong like weed right there…. Plenty of movement going on inside yet nothing really seemed to happen… I already knew I needed to check the order when it came up at this point, my kids always ask for plain burgers. Relatively easy request over all, but I was a bit skeptical that they’d get it right. Roughly a solid 8-10 minutes before the order came up. One burger was plain, one was not. Send the one back. Notice there’s only one of two straws in the bag, then realize that my burger (just a baconator) was also wrong. Labeled as something with no tomato. So, after another 4 minutes I get his attention. Still no replacement on the first burger. Hand him my incorrect burger. I asked him if I should pull up and wait because there’s people behind me and he says no…. 6 more minutes and finally the correct burgers come up. Plus my straw. And apparently a complementary things of tepid fries. I really try to be understanding with customer service, I’ve worked in it before, I’ve worked fast food. I get it. Some nights one small error can derail the entire tempo, but holy cow.

I decided to try this location again after a year to see if things improved. The chicken nuggets and chili were good.
The thing that was really concerning was the condition of the interior of the dining room. Many ceiling tiles missing from water damage, mold growing on some of them and just poor upkeep of the restaurant. It is very dated and it seems like the owners don’t want to invest in it to get people to come in and eat.

The employee taking our order was extremely friendly. The sitting area is very spacious. Food came out well made and warm. They do not have a self-serve pop machine, which isn’t my favorite, but I feel like that is becoming the trend. Prices seem high. It was around $28 for two meals. The location is not the easiest to get to.

Im not the type to leave reviews on fast food but omg this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food restaurant. I ordered a Dave’s single no onions no tomatoes no pickles I hate pickles so much. First I don’t know why they put no lettuce when I didn’t ask that. Anyways I got a Dave’s DOUBLE with everything I didn’t ask for plus still had lettuce I supposedly didn’t ask. ordered a 10 piece nugget with ranch and buffalo sauce guess that meant barbecue sauce. I’m more pissed about the pickles well first and last time I’ll ever purchase food from this store. There goes 25 bucks to the trash.

Tonight (8/27/25), I had dinner here with my partner and accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant. When I got back to my hotel, I realized it was missing and immediately drove back. I didn’t see it on the floor or table, so I asked the manager.
To my relief, the manager and a woman staff member told me they had found it and kept it safely in the staff room. Inside my wallet was $600 in cash along with all my cards, everything was returned exactly as it was.
In today’s world, it’s rare to encounter such honesty and kindness. I was deeply touched and gave the manager $100 as a small token of gratitude, but more importantly, I want to give my heartfelt thanks.
Five stars are not enough. If I could, I’d give them ten stars. Truly outstanding service and integrity!

Everything i go im either missing items frok my order .even if I placed the order thru the app or in the drive thru , im always missing food.Theres also a language barrier because most of the workers don’t speak English so ordering English speaking food makes it hard to order which causes the drive thru line to be longer. There’s even a wait when placing orders through the app because the workers are confused like they don’t know when app orders come through each time I come for my app order.i even wait 10 mins before I come to pick up my app order and I always leave with least 1 item missing.
