I thought that today would be a great day to have something easy for dinner so I suggested Wendy’s tonight. I use Google maps frequently and noticed the menu there so it was easy for us to decide what each of us wanted. A regular Baconator double meal with fries and a frosty, a baconator meal with pretzel bun with fries and a Frosty, I decided to wait till I got there. (FYI folks: The menu they show on Google maps may not be what they have at that store.)
I ended up ordering two double baconator meals with fries and frostys, a Big double classic meal with fries and a frosty, and a 10-piece crispy chicken nugget with honey bbq sauce. I did make this order to go or take out.
When I got the food home, I did explain to them but it didn’t baconators doubles with fries and frosties I took out my own food that I ordered and we all sat down to eat. I took a bite of my burger and it had a pasty taste to it, also the meat was still red. For two grownl men to order double baconators with only one piece of bacon is not right! My big classic double had three pieces to bacon on it. That chicken nuggets are fully cooked but I ordered honey barbecue and was given honey mustard. I don’t like mustard that’s why I ordered the bbq. Also I’ll say burger for wrapped in a hamburger wrapper so we could not tell them apart
I did post pictures of a couple of the burger I’ll show the received showing they were baconators and a bacon classic. It might have been a bad night for them but they need to remember to make sure that the customer satisfied.

I came in this morning to get a breakfast Baconator which was fine. I tried to order some sauces and the drive through worker seemed like she hated her job and was frustrated for no reason and also she was literally on her phone while taking my card and took forever to give my card back right away, and lastly I ordered a pull apart Cinnamon roll and it was hard as a rock….. no like actually hard as a rock almost chipped a tooth trying to bite into it. I tried to stick my fork into it and a piece flung onto my jacket. I would recommend not coming back to this specific Wendy’s because of the customer service and just the food overall.

Don’t go here, and definitely dont waste your money on delivery. The food always arrives cold, if you pay for extra sauce it never comes, and the workers sloppily throw together your burger. The staff here clearly don’t care at all. They couldn’t even be bothered to put any carmel in my CARMEL vanilla frosty.

Ever since this Wendy’s got here the service was terrible. Slow, and weird. Employees are all weird. There’s a new AI system and I refused to use it and the employee freaked out at me because they’re a “test” location. Like come on just take my order, I’m NOT using AI and I will not be your guinea pig. I also said my fries were cold PER THE PROCEDURE on the window and they’ll “make me new ones” and the woman said “no”

The burger patty is hard, the nuggets are old the fries is cold, the spite was good though! Ask for fresh food especially when you go late night.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years! This is one fantastic Fast Food chain that looks awesome inside, clean, friendly employees and fresh ingredients in hamburgers are really amazing! The manager was helping customers when asked about the Pop machine she was on it ! Thank you West St Paul Wendy’s! We will be back again!!!

This place gets an extra star because the staff members are consistently great, however, I have NEVER had an asiago ranch chicken club from here actually come correct. I ask for no lettuce/tomato, get the sandwich, and it is, without fail, just the chicken and about 1 gallon of ranch on the bun, never cheese/bacon included. no lettuce/tomato from my order on the app does NOT mean “Just ranch” despite what the receipt on the sandwich says.

let the buyer be aware, I placed an order for delivery, it was missing 1/2 the items the other half was burnt and cold. I called and they would only refund half my money for an order I couldn’t eat, if could rate them no stars I would. This was the first time ordering delivery and from this store which is new to WSP, to be out of 15 bucks for an order that was thrown out, is inexcusable, the store is built for delivery, not that I’d come back to this store nor any Wendy’s again.

I went to drive thru to order and it’s an AI bot. I didn’t like that so I said out loud, “oh this is uncomfortable… HELLO??” And the Ai bot said they couldn’t get what I said. So I ordered my food and it still wasn’t understanding me. Thats when a human speaks and tells me to drive up. I do so and she says “If you didn’t wanna talk to the Ai bot just say so” and closes the window before payment.
I didn’t order attitude. I ordered food and it was good, not the service.
