The employees don’t engage with customers except to hand you your food-no greeting or anything. And food was missing ingredients and just tossed in the bag. Burger was dry. Where is the quality control? It’s not that hard to put together a burger and make sure fries and that are in proper containers and not just tossed into the bag.

First time in my life eating Wendy’s honestly not shocked that I didn’t really enjoy my experience. It doesn’t help probably that we went to this location. I honestly did not feel safe. Crazy looking people hanging all around the parking lot and inside. Some dude just came up to the window and put his hands on it and just started staring at my friend and I eating and looking around the inside of the restaurant. I did not like being here and wanted to leave but I was trying to enjoy lunch with someone here. We only stopped here since we weren’t really hungry and just wanted a snack. Don’t plan on ever going back to a Wendy’s unless I have to. Many of the employees don’t look professional. The guy at the cashier was really nice and helpful though. Would not recommend coming here at all. Find a different place to eat, please.

This Wendy’s likes to serve raw burger patties cooked well below 160°… I ordered a Dave’s triple and the middle patty was completely pink! I’m thankful that DoorDash was able to reimburse my order.

Didn’t get to eat here as my client and I HAVE to order separately and they wouldn’t do that in the drive through. It feels descriminatory against people with disabilities and their caregiving staff! This is the second Wendy’s that did that to us, but at least this one wasn’t extremely rude. We didn’t go in, partly because, the other Wendy’s that did that to us had an employee that did do anything, but just made an infuriating face at us: the kind that has launched a thousand punches! I don’t like getting that angry at people.

So my experience with the drive-thru staff was bad because the lady taking the orders and ringing up was too busy talking to her coworkers but my request for a refund was worse because the manager on duty tried to deny me a refund. I didn’t notice the molded bread until I got all the way home and when I called the store she told me she would only remake my order. Then when I went up to the store to GET MY MONEY BACK she had an attitude. Why would I want to get more food from you when you have already shown me that your food is untrustworthy? Horrible customer service and I heard them talking about me when I walked in the restaurant.
