2/3/25 11:30am. Appears to be barely staffed. No tables cleaned in the 1.5hr we were there. A little cold in there. Cashier friendly and worked the front and back. Had the Big Grab double burger and chicken plus a small chili. Food came fast. Good beverage selection and a chocolate Frosty. Few people eat inside, 6 at a time.

You’ll definitely see the day this location closes down. At the very least they could take the hanging clearance sign down. It’s been hanging for months if not more. If the place looks like this on the outside, can’t imagine the kitchen. Steady decline over the years, coupled with reduced hours and staffing. This place is hanging on like the clearance sign by the drive thru.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s in the state, im standing at the counter, waiting to give my order to the employees, and they just stared at me, and eventually said me, we will get to you soon… And they just continued to stand there, picking there noses…
Oh, and be careful using the parking lot, you could lose small children in the potholes! Cant wait for robots to take over food service!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I’m annoyed enough tonight to do so. Not only did I have to wait at least twice as long as they stated to receive the food, but once I got home, I found out they literally forgot the cheeseburger in the kids meal. The main portion of the meal! The large fries I ordered were barely full as well. Of course they forgot the sauce I requested, (as they do every time) as well. We love Wendy’s but I’m always at least a little disappointed in the experience at this one.

This location will charge you the wrong price – double check the screen total before paying at the window.

We ordered the bacon & cheese potato and were charged $4.49 (on the menu it is $2.49). There was a language barrier with the cashier and when we questioned the price, he said he wasn’t able to remove it from our order. While paying, I went back to take a picture of the drive-thru order and when we showed the cashier, he called his Assistant Manager on the phone who told us 1) the price changed and they were unable to change it on the drive thru screen and then 2) accused us of lying because such item wasn’t on the menu which is weird because the cashier handed us the food and it’s Wendy’s…of course you have baked potatoes. The Assistant Manager never apologized and instead just insisted on telling the cashier to refund us and that she will fix it tomorrow when she’s in. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

Not sure if I’ve ever had a good experience here but today takes the cake. They screwed up my order twice in a row. Overcharged me and didn’t really care. Terrible communication – take your business down (DQ) or across the street. This place absolutely sucks.

Ordered chili, was good. Had to beg for more crackers, not sure why. No receipt included, when I asked for one they asked why…as I was leaving a lady was at the counter and her entire order was cold. Get ready for your next Chiro appointment, parking lot odds fill off put holes.

Wendy’s employee Meleidi had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. If she doesn’t want to do her job, she shouldn’t be at work. I had to come back because my sauce was missing from the bag, and instead of fixing their mistake, she tried to make me pay for something that should have been included in the first place. The attitude was nasty, dismissive, and unacceptable. This was very poor customer service, and I will not be returning to this location.
